Campaigns were to be created that resonated with discerning audiences. The main goal would be to position the brand as the go to for customers who appreciate craftsmanship, heritage, and understated opulence.

The project did not produce any measurable outcomes. There were no sales, and prospects did not open emails. The lack of response also did not generate any useful insights. This highlights serious issues with the overall approach. The messaging was ineffective, the targeting was poor, and the audience's needs were not met.

Their project management was below expectations. Deliverables were not consistently provided on time, which caused delays in the overall timeline. Communication was also lacking, and they did not respond to my needs with the urgency or attention required. These issues impacted the project's progress and overall effectiveness.

The company initially promised to deliver high quality, results driven work based on their extensive experience in the industry. However, that was not the case. The level of execution did not meet the expectations set during the initial discussions, and the promised outcomes were not achieved. While they showcased strong expertise at the start, it did not translate into the project's actual performance.

ThinkAlike Media could improve in several key areas. Clearer communication and more timely responses would have helped address issues as they arose. Additionally, they should focus on setting realistic expectations and ensuring that deliverables align with initial promises.
