We searched for a partner we can rely on, and at the initial stage, we were satisfied with the quality of all the engineers we were provided with.

Their team was responsible creating manual testing to ensure that everything functions properly in our Webinar application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team was effective and they participated in most team meetings. We kept them closely informed, which helped our collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offered high-level QA testing at an affordable price, and their team often found errors we oversaw or helped test things as part of our development process, which helped speed up our development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that we can think of. However, we could have used more of their services - especially around Automated testing.

we worked with Testmatic in the past and were satisfied from the cooperation and results. Moving on to the new project seemed natural.

We initiated the project by describing our needs. Once the project was running we communicated when it was needed.

one test engineer and one network administrator

the product was released successfully and is already deployed on hundreds of customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the communication with the test engineer was very good. the network administrator english was less good and sometimes we got into misunderstandings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to do things that are not common was stellar. like getting the network administrator to participate in the project and and the flexibility

Are there any areas for improvement?

the required technical knowledge of this specific project was sometimes not enough. for example the configuration of SCCM database was not sufficient.
