Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Each deliverable took 1 - 2 weeks to complete and usually there were a few tweaks to make sure we were getting what we needed. They were very open to our needs and suggestions.

The communication was open and they contacted us often updated us on a weekly basis. They were very prompt to respond to us considering the time difference.

They were easy to work with and knowledgeable about what we wanted. They knew more about what we needed than we did.

I think they did very well. I don't have any complaints. Maybe a longer timeline for this type of project can be expected next time.

We hired TenPixls to build our website from scratch and create a custom web application that would allow our customers to build a custom neon sign in real time with pricing, sizing and dimensions. Our goal was to create a great user experience for our customers with a beautifully designed website that was intuitive, easy to use and converted into sales.

Previous to working with TenPixls we hired another developer to create our website and custom web application. Unfortunately after 3 frustrating months we could not get the custom features working properly and the overall website execution was poorly done. We were frustrated and had invested so much time and energy and we were not sure if this could be done. I reached out to TenPixls and setup a call to discuss our needs. After speaking with their team I knew immediately we had picked the right company to bring our vision to life. They have a plan that ensures success at every stage. Also they do market research on your industry and competitors to make sure your website can outperform your competitors not just visually but also convert your customers to buyers.

They helped build our entire website from the ground up including a sophisticated custom web application. They gave us weekly video updates on achievements each week and asked for feedback or any changes we needed to make.

They completed the project sooner than expected and the website and web application were done very well. We are very pleased with the service they provided and will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to our clients.

They are a very results driven team. They gave us a roadmap of milestones they would accomplish and a timeline on when it would be completed. Communication was excellent and very prompt. If we had questions or requests even on the weekends we would quickly receive answers. I don't think these guys sleep!

TenPixls doesn't just build websites. This team is web experts, marketers, sales and business professionals. They do thorough research on your industry and competitors and offer you solutions to be successful. Every piece of your website is purposefully designed to build trust and convert into sales.

This was one of the best experiences I have had working with a development team. I would not change a thing and cannot imagine how they could be any better!

After negotiating the project cornerstones, I reviewed the case, reported to our CEO, who then agreed to give this project to Tenpixls.

After providing all requested information and additional information, such as a styleguide, code-example, prototype and screenshots to explain specific requests, the team of Tenpixls started creating the requested project. While we where in communication with our client, Tenpixls always responded very fast and with the highest standard, giving us updates about the project.

I am not sure. We put our fullest trust into the management ability of their project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With Tenpixls at our side, we could secure this job even though we already had a busy schedule. Their highly professional contacter was very efficent and kept us informed all the time. This way we could work on our other projects without a headache.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We only seeked contact to their contacter/project manager. We've emailed and used Hangouts/Meets to communicate. Based on the trade restrictions between the EU/US and Russia/Ukraine, our transaction was held for sanctions review for a few days by the USA (Ofac). Tenpixls was very friendly and understandable about this situation. Their english, verbally and in the emails was always very good to understand.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We where highly impressed by their overall professionality. From the structuring of the project over the communication, speed and costs. Especially the reachability of their contacter was incredible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We've messaged Tenpixls after christmas, not knowing, the ukrainian christmas is on a different date than the average christmas. I still feel sorry for interrupting their festives, but yet they answered our email anyway. Maybe a little info about having holidays would have been nice, afterall we are all just humans that need some days off once in a while.

I’m the managing director of Africa Flash McTours and Travel, a company that provides holiday packages to different locations in East Africa, including Kenya and Tanzania. We have a variety of travel options, such as photographic safaris and group safaris. We handle the entire logistics process from the moment the guest comes into the country.

We mainly wanted to improve the login speed of our website and hired Ten Pixls for the job.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We went to Ten Pixls to restructure a few forms on our website, along with speed optimization. I’m not aware of the technologies used, but they were able to get me the results I wanted.

I don’t know how many people worked on the project. I gave them my requirements and they worked on it remotely. Their founder/managing consultant was my main contact.

The first project for the changes on the website cost around $700. We paid $272 for the speed optimization work and we’ll pay them about $275 for the current project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Ten Pixls two weeks ago. They finished the form refactoring and speed optimization work a week ago. I’ve contracted them again for conversion rate optimization, to bring more leads to my website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project only started two weeks ago, so I can’t say I’ve already seen tangible results. The website has a better user experience, and that should reflect on the results within a month or so. I’ve also used different software to check if their work was successful and it the website’s speed improved, which it did by over 100% from what it was initially.

How did Ten Pixls perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with Ten Pixls is really fluid. I’m able to reach their contact whenever I have a question and they complete their work on time while exceeding my expectations. I was expecting to see some improvements, but the site was optimized by almost 100%. They did a great job from a project management point of view. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their prices are a bit higher, but that’s reflected in the high level of service they offer. Before hiring Ten Pixls, I had already worked with three different providers for speed optimization and none of them were able to improve the website’s speed. Ten Pixls went way above what other agencies had done even though their cost was also about twice as much as what I’d been charged earlier by other providers. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not in a good position to say anything about their performance at this moment. I’m really satisfied with Ten Pixls and I’m looking forward to working with them on other projects. It’s only been two weeks, but I might have more concrete feedback later on. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I advise clients to trust them and to have a good idea of what needs to be done. Once that’s done, Ten Pixls will give clients the results they want.

The entire team consists of around 10 people. All communication went through the founder and project manager. During the design stages of the product we also communicated with the designer. All team members were always available through messengers.

The goal was shipping the product to market - which the team completed fully. Besides that, the user engagement/usability metrics are great.

The project manager was always available and that was key. The project was split into stages and each stage was submitted for user-acceptance before release. All bugs were eliminated free of charge before the release.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their most impressive aspects are their expertise in technology and fast-paced approach. The team is relatively small, they are client-centric, fast-paced and there's no bureaucracy.

We were happy with our cooperation with Ten Pixls, the product was delivered a bit later than we expected, but since the product was developed from scratch, some stages were difficult to estimate accurately.
