BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an executive at a financial institution.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
Two companies are merging, and we’re rebranding, so we hired Tenet Partners to help with the rebranding efforts.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tenet Partners provides us with rebranding services. They’ve done an in-depth discovery phase; since we’re bringing two organizations together, there are a lot of pieces to consider. They’ve taken all our client and member data and customer insight data and put it through their AI system to tell us the core of our organizations combined.
They’ve also done deep-dive interviews with 12 executives from the two firms to find out what they want from the new brand and its attributes. Tenet Partners has also delved into the legacy companies’ corporate values and mission to understand both cultures and bring them together.
The team has reviewed both organizations' marketing literature and websites and held several workshops. First, they held workshops with VP-level employees from both companies to ask questions about the cultures and histories of the legacy companies. They also helped us with workshops where we worked together to identify what the new brand would be. Tenet Partners has developed our logo and created brand guidelines.
What is the team composition?
The core team consists of 5–7 people, including Hampton (CEO & Managing Partner), the creative director, a senior account executive, a teammate in charge of the AI aspect, and another account executive that acts as a project manager. However, they augment that team with other people as we go. For example, they brought in designers when we did the logo development.
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
I’ve worked with them many times in the past. Initially, they were referred to me when I was doing a rebrand at a previous organization. The project was huge, and I realized the agency we were working with didn’t have the capabilities to help us with implementation, so I started searching for a new partner, and Tenet Partners came to me through a referral.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent over $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project started in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Tenet Partners is the most thorough agency I've ever worked with — they leave no stone unturned. The team produces very high-quality output and is extremely collaborative. Most importantly, they're flexible around meeting our very tight timelines while staying within our budget. They recommend different pieces to make the project work within the budget.
This is the third organization I've brought them onto, and they've never disappointed me. We're getting ready to have more engagements with them. Overall, Tenet Partners is exceptional, and I can't say enough good things about them.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is excellent. We communicate through Zoom and Microsoft Teams most frequently. They've also come on-site a number of times and facilitated workshops.
The team is always on time and provides a weekly status update via call. Additionally, they put together a well-organized written update of where we are, what they need from us, and where they're going.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Tenet Partners' strategy and their ability to solve complex problems around branding are outstanding. I've done a few rebranding projects, and each is very different. I can always count on Tenet Partners to be a strategic partner and help me figure out how to bring new brands to life from start to finish.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have constructive feedback; they do things right.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would advise you to be very transparent about whatever problems the team needs to solve and provide them with as much information as possible; Tenet Partners is an excellent problem solver. When you sit down to work with them, also be transparent about your budget because they're willing to work with different ones.

Our PR campaigns for our conferences have dramatically increased their engagement by three times the amount we normally get. Tenet Partners’ work quality and thoughtfulness are amazing; they care about us, our customers, and our organization.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
Tenet Partners has met our deadlines and budgets while keeping us on track with our expectations. Regarding communication, we use weekly standing calls and emails.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Everyone from the Tenet Partners team has been great, but Beth and Renee do a great job leading the team and ensuring we have what we need with high-level white glove treatment.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed by Tenet Partners’ ability to listen and understand our business needs. The team is very organized, knowledgeable about medical devices, and able to show us some pitfalls and gains from past projects like ours.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. I’ve been very happy with them every step of the way without any complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Come to the project prepared and let them understand your business by giving them examples of what you need for your business.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Global Marketing Account Executive of the company.
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
I work for a global aerospace and defense supplier.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Tenet Partners to accomplish?
To establish product line and/or product brand names.
SOLUTION
How did you find Tenet Partners?
Referral
Why did you select Tenet Partners over others?
Referred to me
How many teammates from Tenet Partners were assigned to this project?
2-5 Employees
Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
For multiple naming projects, Tenet performed project management, creative services, and legal vetting for trademark purposes. Most projects included two rounds of name options. The team presented their recommendations based on the product strategy provided by our team. The presentation typically consisted of a minimum of five names used in a sentence and given a legal score.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
For each of the naming projects they provided 2 - 5 names that didn't present a trademark violation.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Project management was very prompt with a kick-off meeting, typically, happening within a day or two of the inquiry. Our AE was very responsive via email. If she didn't know the answer, she was forthcoming or found a resource who did.
What was your primary form of communication with Tenet Partners?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Tenet was great about explaining their process. Their presentation for their name recommendations incorporated product images which helped with visualization. These presentations were always clean and easy to understand.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Tenet Partners could have done differently?
A few naming projects in, I conveyed that names with a C rating would get shot down by our legal team. Yet, in projects that followed, they still included those names in their presentation. I felt like they weren't listening. I think they would benefit from providing contingency plans into the contract when names are rejected for use by our company. I also think providing examples of the type of product and marketing information that provides the best outcomes would be beneficial.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of marketing and communications for a manufacturing company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
We hired Tenet Partners for branding services. Our company was breaking up, and we were going to be separated from our main organization, so we needed to develop a new brand.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with multiple workshops, and Tenet Partners worked with our top global executives to get their perspectives. Their team gathered all the information from these workshops and conversations and put together about 10 variations of possible options for our mission and values. We took certain elements from these options and went through an interactive process to create our vision.
Tenet Partners was responsible for creating the name and logo; these were built from the information they gathered about our mission and values. They developed about 30 names and logos for us to decide what we liked best, and Tenet Partners even put together descriptions for why they created the logos and names the way they did.
Tenet Partners handled the entire rebrand, including the logo, website design and development, swag, trade show booth materials, and other marketing pieces. When we had to switch gears toward the end of the project, they helped us through the announcement phase of our new company and even assisted with repurposing the website.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Natalie (Account Manager), Beth (Senior Partner, Strategy), Andrew (Senior Partner & Creative Director), Laura (Director, Strategy), and Andrew (Director, Editorial Services).
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
Our corporate office recommended about 20 companies to work with; after research, we found about 30 other possible companies to engage. We sent out requests to these companies and then narrowed that list down from there during a series of interviews and processes. We eventually decided on two companies and had them speak to our executive teams.
After listening to both of the company’s pitches, we were blown away by Tenet Partners’ presentation and their ability to incorporate our messaging into it. They also brought in the project team we would be working with; we decided to move forward with Tenet Partners after that.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested more than $1.5 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together between April 2022–May 2023.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The engagement results were incredible, and all of our company's top executives were thrilled with the work from Tenet Partners. We consider the engagement extremely successful because our internal feedback was so good. The website is clean, easy to navigate, crisp, and has everything you would expect from a new site. Even though we are a large company, we would not have been able to pull off what they did so successfully.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
They provided strong project management and delivered everything on time and within budget. If anything unexpected came up, they handled it, and we never had any issues. We even paid them upfront because we were so impressed with them. Tenet Partners kept us on track throughout the engagement and was extremely transparent. We used a project management tool, and everything was organized.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The process they took us through made us open our eyes and consider what we wanted. They created a comfortable environment and asked the right questions to create something we were very happy with and represented us. Tenet Partners did a great job of making it feel like we had ownership in the process and got our team excited about the engagement.
They were personally invested in the project and have continued to work with us beyond the end of the engagement. They have as much pride in the project as we do, and their whole team was fantastic to work with. The partnership was unbelievable, and we trusted Tenet Partners fully.
We were highly impressed with Tenet Partners’ willingness to listen and the understanding they brought to the engagement. They let us have a voice and always ensured that what they were creating was something we were happy with. We learned so much from their team and were 100% satisfied.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing we can come up with.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make commitments to Tenet Partners upfront about how you want to approach communication and have guidelines to work together more effectively.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a global commercial communications manager for a materials science company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
We hired Tenet Partners to help design and launch our sustainability brand architecture. There were two main reasons we hired Tenet Partners. First, we have a large organization with five businesses in different markets and have employees worldwide. Our organization is complex and produces complex chemicals, so we couldn’t complete everything in-house.
The second reason is that we’re a company that tends to listen to consultants more than internal resources; we wanted to prioritize this project and knew we would be more successful with a consultant.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tenet Partners started with a competitive analysis to understand other companies in our field. They also gathered information from our business team and conducted stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and met with our advisory council to ensure alignment.
The team produced a visual identity for our company and collaborated with us to ensure it aligned with our branding. This identity included logo design, page personalities, color schemes, photography, and graphic design. They also helped us come up with a verbal identity. We devised seven brand pillars and went through exercises to build those out. Once we had the names, we went through a trademark search to ensure the names were available and everyone within our organization was happy with them. Tenet Partners delivered the verbal identity, the names and descriptions of the pillars, a brand narrative, and a messaging document.
Tenet Partners delivered governance rules to help our businesses align products with our pillars. They also completed training for our business and brand ambassadors.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Hampton (CEO & Managing Partner) and Laura (Senior Director of Strategy), who led the project from a strategy standpoint. Renee (Account Director) handled our project management and kept us on track; we also worked with a writer and a graphic designer.
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
Tenet Partners was already working with our company in other departments and were an approved partner, so we decided to bring them in for this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together between December 2021–April 2023.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t launched yet, but we’ve been thrilled with their work. This branding project was extremely complex, and the team had patience and was dedicated to the project. I have experience in branding, and I can confidently say that we got a lot of value from the engagement.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
They delivered everything and kept us on track. Tenet Partners provided us with outstanding project management and was highly organized. They managed expectations, engaged with our leaders, and helped us every step of the way. We used Microsoft Teams for communication and another brainstorming tool.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
As a global materials science company, our businesses, markets, and culture are very complex. Laura, in particular, was quick to understand and adapt the Tenet Partners brand methodology to our needs. It was especially impressive how she was able to speak our language with even our most specialized technical and marketing people who had a big stake in the branding exercises and outcomes.
Laura, like the entire Tenet Partners team, led with confidence, creativity, and professional resolve to deliver what promises to be an industry best practice and legacy brand architecture for our company.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They consistently found answers for us and were professional throughout. They have a logical approach and give practical solutions. Tenet Partners understood our organization and how to get the best results. The team was creative, and the solutions they gave us were great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This is very minimal, but we think we could have started the messaging portion of the project a little later because that changed. However, the language for our company is highly complex, and I’m not sure that issue was avoidable.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust Tenet Partners and their process because the project will be successful if you follow it. We were a bit hesitant to move forward with some of their suggestions, but they knew what they were doing, and it worked out.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for W. L. Gore & Associates, a material-science based company with a global reach, best known for its consumer brand GORE-TEX. Since 1958 Gore has constantly developed innovative solutions for demanding applications in a variety of industries - from medical, apparel, aerospace to electronics and automotive. The brand identity team is made up of 6–7 Associates responsible for maintaining the visual and verbal identity of the GORE Brand internally and externally.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
In 2017, our company took a step toward unifying our brand appearance, building on a shared brand promise and derived from a refreshed brand framework in seeking to express our identity more concisely and consistently.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tenet Partners has been helping us in the brand development phase, starting with extensive internal and external research. Based on what's authentic to Gore, meaningful to our customers and distinctive from competitors, these findings helped inform the development of our brand's refreshed brand identity system.
Tenet Partners’ work has ultimately resulted in the launch of a comprehensive brand portal as a one-stop resource for our Associates and external partners complemented by several workshops to secure the consistent expression of our brand via brand standards, application specific guidance and supporting templates. We continously leverage Tenet Partners’ expertise to keep our system relevant by adding new or enhancing existing guidance and templates.
More recently, Tenet Partners has also supported the development and rollout of Gore's brand advocacy program to help multiply and foster internal brand identity knowledge.
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
We had been working with other vendors and realized that in getting to the desired outcome we would need a more experienced and qualified agency partner. At that point, we began an RFP process with a few other candidates and eventually decided to move forward with them due to Tenet Partner's company culture and pholosphy, as well as their breadth of expertise and experience with other clients in comparable industries.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
With Tenet's support we’ve been able to create and maintain a brand identity system that helps us strengthen our brand and reputation. Unlike in previous years, there is a high level of acceptance in applying our standards which becomes evident in the number of Associates and vendor partners using our tools and templates and reaching out to our team. We keep receiving consistently positive feedback about the robustness and usefulness of Gore's brand portal.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
We meet biweekly and reach out to them when there is an inquiry. We meet with Microsoft Teams and communicate via email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve done a great job building personal relationships because we share similar values, philosophies, and cultures. We trust them, and they are reliable, which is huge for us. They keep us informed via regular project status updates and bi-weekly calls. As needed, we can also tap into their expertise to consult on brand identity related inquiries.
They are also willing to adjust their team composition and expertise as needed; we can always benefit from their knowledge and experience to keep our identity system relevant and practical for day-to-day applications.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes we wish they would be a bit more flexible in using new communication platforms such as Microsoft 365 when it comes to project collaboration or information exchange in general.
We would also appreciate if Tenet Partners could proactively provide us with factual evidence (research) that helps us demonstrate internally the long-term impact of a strong brand / brand identity and reputation for our strategic objectives as an enterprise.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you are looking for an experienced agency partner with a profound expertise in research, brand building and design coupled with a very approachable culture, they’ll be a great partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with a discovery phase. Tenet Partners tried to understand the current state of the company and where we were coming from. Then, they helped us define what we’d do in the connected aviation space and how we could separate our voice from the marketplace. Tenet Partners interviewed several key stakeholders in our business unit, reviewed our web content, and got briefings on our products and services. They also analyzed the competition in the marketplace to understand how we could be differentiated. Then, they presented their discovery findings, and we mapped out the next steps.
Tenet Partners came up with a good strategy to work along some key themes and narratives to help us position ourselves. First, they delivered some web content to create our web presence. Over time, they jumped in to help us develop content based on the strategy.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four teammates in particular. Natalie (Account Manager) was our coordinator, and Hampton (CEO & Managing Partner) was the principal lead on our account. Additionally, we had someone working on strategy and writing, and a creative person.
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
We’d been working with Tenet Partners for 15 years, so it was natural to come back to them when we chose to take on this project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $50,000–$75,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them on this project in November 2021, and they wrapped up in July 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Tenet Partners brought a fresh perspective on how we might look at our services. We tended to think inside the box, and they helped us see how to extend more broadly and look at all the areas we touched to bring that to life. Moreover, their work was always top notch; it resonated with our stakeholders, our team, and the market.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
They always met the deadlines and stayed within the budget. We typically communicated through Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Our meetings were more frequent as we moved along.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They got to know us deeply. Tenet Partners worked to understand our goals.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open to doing workshops with your team; they’re really beneficial. You bring in key stakeholders, and Tenet Partners leads them in a discussion to guide the development; it’ll immensely help the quality of the output.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief communications officer at a financial services organization with 50 billion in assets.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
Our company was acquired by another financial services organization, and our company’s name was chosen as it had greater potential for the combined organization’s future growth. Therefore, we needed to create a new brand that would successfully integrate elements of both legacy companies and resonate with both sets of teammates and customers.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tenet Partners helped us create our new brand, including a new logo, brand identity and brand guidelines as well as a new company culture (vision, mission, values, and behaviors). Tenet undertook a thorough discovery process involving quantitative and qualitative research, data gathering, a competitive analysis, interviews of internal and external stakeholders, and surveys, which informed the creative process.
Tenet Partners' approach provided the necessary insights into developing a brand that would resonate with our teammates, customers, and communities. Tenet Partners also helped us launch our new brand and culture internally through a brand immersion training program led by a team of brand ambassadors.
What is the team composition?
We worked with various people and teams from Tenet Partners depending on the needs at each stage of the project. All were highly skilled and qualified.
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
We researched and evaluated approximately 30 brand and culture agencies across the country and shortlisted a few of them, including agencies we had previously worked with. We conducted an in-depth review of these agencies’ approach and services, and we ultimately chose Tenet Partners.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around July 2021 and fully launched the new brand in October 2021. Our engagement is ongoing as we intend to have Tenet Partners to help us refine our brand immersion training program for new hire orientation in 2023.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Tenet Partners was instrumental in successfully launching our brand internally, reaching over 6,500 employees. Moreover, since fully launching the brand in October 2021, we’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback from teammates, customers, and community members, as well as an award for best visual identity in the financial services sector. Our rebranding campaigns are still running, so we are still in the process of gathering metrics to evaluate success.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
Tenet Partners was very flexible and accommodating to our needs, and they delivered assets on time and within budget. They kept us well informed through weekly status meetings and notified us in advance of any delays, which were few and not material to the timing of the overall project.
Moreover, Tenet Partners was incredibly communicative and responsive. We always knew where our project stood. Our collaboration was entirely virtual, so we communicated via Zoom and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Tenet Partners was an exceptional agency to work with. They were flexible and creative, and they provided us with great strategic guidance throughout the process. They are strong on both the research, data and analytical aspects as well as the creative side, offering a great blend of art and science that resulted in an inspiring brand for our combined company.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wouldn’t change anything about Tenet Partners’ work — it was a great partnership.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Consider them an extension of your team and work closely with them. If you’re able to engage with them closely and intentionally, and provide them with the information they need, you’ll get a better result in the end.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder and a managing principal of a consulting firm providing financial management services to the Department of Defense
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Tenet Partners?
We wanted to establish a more professional looking website both graphically and content wise. We hired Tenet Partners to support website development as well as content creation for website and thought leadership pieces to publish within industry magazines, Linkedin, etc.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Vendor was selected based off of other clients I had interacted with that used Tenet for similar work.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After initial kick-off, Tenet helped determine scope and make recommendations on how and when to tackle what for my business based on the stage of maturity it was at. As the project progresses we are working on the next steps to help grow the business in a professional manner both in a digital sense and content that can be leveraged for marketing.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Typically there are 3-4 resources from the vendor's team that work with me. They include an editor/professional writer, graphic designer, project manager, and website developer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our clients have provided positive feedback on articles/thought leadership pieces Tenet Partners have supported us with as well as a more professional website presence our clients find appealing.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow has been very efficient from their side of the house. I'm typically the bottleneck if there is one when there are workflow issues. We were meetings on a fairly regular basis. As time has gone on the meetings have been less frequent due to client requirements overtaking ability to work on products in coordination with Tenet
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Adaptable, professional, smart, efficient.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Make more recommendations on items that could be useful they can help with based on experience with businesses my size in order to help it grow

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CMO of a financial services organization worth around $50 billion with over 400 locations across 10 states.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Tenet Partners?
Around a year and a half ago, our bank and another bank joined together to create one organization. We adopted the name of our bank to use moving forward, but we hired Tenet Partners to build a new branding that represented our combined organization.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Tenet Partners has helped us create our new branding, logo, mission and vision statements, values, and brand identity. First, they helped us with a thorough discovery process, which included a lot of research and data gathering, background research, reviews and evaluations, stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and surveys. This exercise aimed to understand our footprint across our different touchpoints to create an informed strategy around the rebranding’s creative process.
After that process, Tenet Partners was in charge of creating all of our new brand guidelines to establish our new brand. Currently, they help us create marketing materials and elements to be consistent with our new identity, including preliminary texts for trademarking. Additionally, they support our internal training and education, as well as other different projects.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with various people from Tenet Partners throughout the project, depending on the needs at each stage. Their team has included partners, creative directors, members of their creative team, writers, people from the accounting side, and teammates involved in research and evaluation.
How did you come to work with Tenet Partners?
When we were evaluating the approach that we would take for this project, we did broad research and shortlisted different agencies we had worked with in the past. However, we also had a membership to a research, education, training, and development service, so we opened up a ticket asking them to help us research for potential branding partners. We gave them the criteria, and this company found about 20–25 potential partners, among which Tenet Partners was. Thus, we evaluated around 30 different vendors in total, ultimately selecting Tenet Partners for this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
As general feedback, Tenet Partners has been an exceptional partner for us; they’re one of the best agencies I’ve worked with over my 20 years of working in financial services marketing. They’ve helped us navigate and manage our initiative, bringing our two organizations together and figuring out how our new brand needs to look and what strategic approach we need to apply. I’ve also been extremely pleased with their deliverables and services, and we have heard nothing but positive feedback about their work.
We haven’t fully launched our new branding yet — we just did a soft launch at the New York Stock Exchange back in January 2022 — so we only have soft metrics to share. Of course, we’ve seen more business views and user engagement, but we won’t see significant results until we completely launch our brand.
How did Tenet Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
Tenet Partners’ project management is perfect. They’re incredibly flexible around timelines and deadlines, adjusting to any changes needed for the project. So far, we haven’t had any issues with them, and they’ve offered a very buttoned-up service. Overall, their project management has exceeded my expectations.
Throughout the rebranding process, Tenet Partners used a project management system, but we didn’t have access to it directly. Additionally, we had weekly status meetings, check-ins, and ongoing communication with our main contact points to talk about the project’s progress. Our work sessions were very productive, and the meetings were very buttoned-up. Although we spent a lot of time working with them during the first months, I never felt that they were wasting my time.
Given that the rebranding project took place during the second year of the pandemic, we had a virtual collaboration, using Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams to communicate. If it weren’t for COVID-19, we would have worked in person, especially for heavy planning sessions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the aspects we’ve liked the most about Tenet Partners’ approach is that they create a good blend of art and science. They’ve been able to deliver great information from the data, research, and analytical standpoint, and they’ve also been very strong on the creative side. They’ve been exceptional in both areas, which is usually rare to find. Other agencies might be strong in one area or the other, but Tenet Partners is strong in both.
Another aspect we like about them is that, although we have our primary contacts, we also have access to people from different areas of their company to ensure that we get the best of them for what we need.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I wouldn’t change anything about their work. We’ve worked very well together, and they’re very flexible. Thus, whenever we’ve seen a change needed, they’re very willing to change and accommodate our needs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with Tenet Partners as an extended member of your team; that’s how you will get the most out of your engagement. When they’re included and have information on what’s happening, they can deliver to the best of their ability.
