Our company website was initially done on word-press by myself. But Tectera company took the project to develop the website in a professional manner and now it has a good presence among those who seek my services.

Tectera has the skill and the knowledge to do the exact thing I wanted on the website. They provide the advisory service on developing a website. Prices that they quoted was very competitive and reasonable to the job that they did. They have the correct professional staff to do the right job.

When we discussed with the Tectera about what we need to be in website as a company, they gave us many solutions. also guided us on how to give professional look to the website. Then how to pitch the market and the have a global presence. I was very late to provide them my information. But Tectera was behind me and reminding me what are the best ways to design the website. I too learnt a lot. Not even that, they do SEO and digital marketing, which is a plus point to us.

Their entire website team worked and there was a key person to my project to coordinate and deliver the final result.

Outcome is very professional. They have the correct people to make the website and the skill levels are high. Our website getting visible in many forums and I get inquiries, which means the work done was perfect.

They provide updates and guide us on the exact details that they want. Help us by introducing various other partners such as content writers, etc. They have a structure and a plan for every project, which is easy for us to know when we can get the outcome.

We've had the pleasure to work with Visha and his team at Tectera over a number of projects. As a digital agency, our needs have varied from client to client as the solutions provided were unique to each case. Tectera as a team was able to give us coherent solutions for all our needs from e-commerce, webapps, WordPress, HTML5, java to php and more.

Tectera and the team was hired to give us an end-to-end solution for a mobile marketplace website that had complete vendor management and a seamless frontend UI/UX for comparing prices of mobile phones within the domestic market.

As an experienced digital agency servicing clients over a long period of time, we've dealt with many vendors found both offline and online. When we found Tectera through an agency network, it is their simplicity in understanding the brief and the ability to match the right technology for the brief (both in the short and long run) was super impressive, we immediately signed up.

We had an extensive meeting with the client listing down KDs that included complete vendor and user management, product management, dynamic and seamless frontend UI that fetched data from third party resources and display them separately under different data labels. HTML5 and PHP based solution.

An experienced Business Analyst and two more senior developers handling both the frontend and backend separately.

It was an unmeasurable success as the product delivered had not only achieved key deliverables, but went beyond to include more features such as a search engine with options to filter upto 12 different specifications.

We had weekly meetings with the Business Analyst who would give us a round up of upto date progress, explaining us the revisions and taking in feedback from client whilst scheduling the next phase of work. The team at Tectera planned the project over 3 stages and was able to achieve each stage on time. We were on Jira the whole time and was quite happy with their response time.

They took action over changes and issues in a short time, which was the most impressive

We started by giving a context on our company’s history, and tectera then developed our website from scratch with a customized WordPress template. They used a dedicated cloud server exclusively for our website. They designed the website, UI/UX, and some graphics content. Additionally, they produced media, one of which is a video for our home page.

The site is already live, but they continue to manage our social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. For our social media marketing, they came up with written and visual content. The team also works on SEO and PPC to get our rankings up.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

tectera created a comprehensive, mobile-friendly website with colors that flowed while remaining within our brand guidelines. We only had a digital marketing budget of $100, but they’ve managed to give us a revenue of about $15,000. Overall, we are pleased with tectera’s work. If our clients need more detail, we send them straight to our website, and everything they need is presented clearly to them.

Their project management is excellent — they stick to the deadlines and are very responsive and professional. We communicate through email and WhatsApp.

They give very professional and high-quality service at a highly competitive price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t have many shortcomings. However, it would’ve been nice if they could’ve worked on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn at the same time instead of working on them separately.

Have weekly meetings and make sure you review everything at once. They’re flexible, but it’s good to have weekly meetings to make sure everything is on schedule.
