We needed a quick turnaround of keys to be added to Lokalise.com so that our internal team could make the application available in several languages. There were implementation tasks on TechStaunch Solutions' side, as well as on our side to make everything work seamlessly, which isn't always easy to do. Luckily for us, everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with the outcome.

We had worked with Riddhi's team before so it was an easy decision, as there is always great quality and communication to be expected.

It was a localization project for a react app, while our software engineers worked on shipping new features, TechStaunch Solutions integrated Lokalise and kept adding new keys as they came available in our GitHub repository. This allowed us to then take over, handle translations and integrating everything into our language selection/loading system.

We worked with Riddhi directly, she's always excellent and I would not handle these types of tasks with someone else. It is the only part of our development process that we handle externally, and that is because of how efficient Riddhi is.

We were able to integrate their work quickly and without errors, our software engineers were impressed with the quality of the work performed.

After launching our site, we saw an increase in our web traffic. Our customers loved the updated design &, improvements in the software, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We had an agile method of communication over an online messaging service. Calls & Messages were sent if changes were needed.

Always quick to respond to any of the new development or changes requested & provided theirs services within 1/2 days of the discussion. We had one of the best customer experiences.

Riddhi has been doing a wonderful job and I have no improvements that I could add at this time.

TechStaunch Solutions has done a great job. They’ve really helped us keep our platform up and running.  For example, while working with just the founder, she single-handedly did an emergency migration of image files so that our CMS would be ok (we had exceeded our number of "records").

How did TechStaunch Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is pretty great. We use Jira and Slack to assign tasks and communicate, respectively. Additionally, we have daily stand-up meetings.

The TechStaunch Solutions team is fantastic — they’re incredibly smart and talented.

There’s a bit of a language barrier, but we make sure we’re on the same page by being very diligent with communication.

They also introduced a flexible credit-based payment model, allowing radiologists to purchase on-demand credits without fixed lot restrictions which I am very happy about.

Early users reported enhanced workflow efficiency, reduced cognitive load during high-volume shifts, and better adherence to quality standards.

We searched reviews and previous projects on website.

We had to service a one-page app that shows real-time voting. The schedule was tight, and there were difficulties in language and domain knowledge. There were communication issue and overlapping work in the middle, but they finished it well until the end.

The project was successful, and it was a good opportunity to see the potential for live service.
