Teamlex with with their idea of using UGC in advertising campaigns led to a significant cost reduction, resulting in a 28% decrease in the cost per lead! A 50% improvement in organic search rankings for targeted keywords after integrating AI-generated, SEO-optimized articles.

I’m the managing director of a marketing agency; we do mostly video content.

What challenge were you trying to address with Teamlex?

I needed Teamlex’s strategic expertise. I wanted a new strategic direction for the company and had some questions about how to move forward. We had been operating in the German market since we founded the company and I wanted to see what products similar to ours had high market demand.

 What was the scope of their involvement?

At first, Teamlex was consulting on general strategy and then they began consulting on specific business processes too. They helped me research new opportunities and gave me a couple of hypotheses to test. They provided strategic consulting and coaching throughout the process of testing and moving on them. 

They also conducted SWOT and market analysis — they explored various business models similar to mine and researched my competitors’ products and marketing. They made a really good case for expanding to new markets internationally, which I hadn’t thought about because I thought that Germany would be a big enough market. Based on this recommendation, I am now entering the US market.

There was a researcher, a strategist, and a project manager. We also worked with a marketer and an analyst in a smaller capacity.

This was a two-month project that lasted from November–December 2022.

We’ve had big successes with them; Teamlex has helped me enter the US market and we've already acquired three clients in this new market. All in all, their work was really good; I’m quite satisfied. 

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

The project finished a little earlier than expected —they delivered everything faster than expected. We communicated mostly via chat and occasionally via email. Trello was the main project management tool we used. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their process was unique. Teamlex had a more customized approach than other companies I’ve worked with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was quite happy with the project.

You have to be quite open with your business — show Teamlex the numbers and the details of how your business and product work so they can help. I would definitely recommend Teamlex to anyone who has strategic needs or strategic questions that they would like answered.

We hired them to design creatives for our PPC campaigns.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SkvTeam designed creatives for our PPC campaigns. We gave them our brand concept to execute. The team created banners for performance campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. They provided creatives for a Black Friday event. In total, they created around 20 designs.

All of our communication was through an account manager, and a couple of designers were working in the background.

I heard about them from different sources; we had common friends, and I got good reviews about their results with other brands they promote. We chose SkvTeam because they were professionals who knew how to create banners and had worked on social media. I also appreciated that they knew all the concepts they had to use. They were also quite popular because they write professional content that’s useful to read.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

SkvTeam prepared creatives with beautiful designs that grabbed users’ attention. Their ads had a good click-through rate (CTR). During our engagement, we generated around 70–100 sales daily, and their creatives also generated around 100 sales for Black Friday.

I liked working with them because they responded very fast and were always polite and pleasant. When we hired them, we needed their services urgently, and they quickly created the assets for us. Their account manager was responsive with feedback, so we could work together to make any changes we needed. 

How did SkvTeam perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was on the highest level, and we used Telegram as a tool. They solved all our questions without delay or doubts and delivered everything on time. We used Google Docs for file-sharing.

SkvTeam is really talented. When they had the freedom to create their own designs, they could work independently.

SkvTeam helps us with digital advertising. They started with only Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and they’ve extended our coverage to platforms like YouTube and TikTok. They manage our accounts and generate ad content. The team provides analytics through dashboards and business management software.

The team has changed throughout the project. First, we worked with 4–5 people, including a project manager and the head of SkvTeam. When we started to expand, the team grew, and now we work with 9–10 people.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When our engagement started, SkvTeam offered to grow our budgets and results 2–3 times, and they did it. In fact, our metrics have increased by even 3–4 times month to month; we started with 10%, and now it’s 30%–40%. Additionally, their analytics are really good. 

How did SkvTeam perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent. SkvTeam’s project manager does everything beautifully and brilliantly; I’m really happy she’s working with our team. At first, we used Trello for project management, and when we widened our scope, we transferred to Jira, Notion, and Miro. As for communication, we started with Zoom, and now we’re using Discord, though we’re thinking of moving to Slack.

I’m impressed with how SkvTeam grows our budgets and results.

Give them all they need — if they want to go through the content, give them all the information about what you’re working on.

SkvTeam essentially provides us with marketing consultation on how to create strong business pitches and how to make our website more suitable. They give us advice on how to position ourselves in the North American market and create unique offers for potential clients.

Other than that, they provide us with competitor research and content creation for our website and social media accounts.
