I'm the managing partner of KOBISION GmbH. We at KOBISION want to give everyone access to qualified training. We achieve this with highly flexible online courses that adapt to theindividual needs of each participant.

Our practice-oriented courses are designed sothat they can be completed at any time andfrom any location. To this end, we rely onmodern learning tools, small units and the proven principle of microlearning, which hasbeen shown to increase knowledge retention.

For what projects/services did your company hire Team Extension, and what were your goals?

We have a website including a webshop and a learning management system. For this we were looking for support to further develop the existing website as well as the LMS based on the learnings and customer feedback.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a vendor and did some interviews.This is where Team Extension stood out and we decided to start the project with TE based on their experience and expertise.

We are working with WP and Learndash. The Team designed Landingpages, created variables product. Within Learndash they developed on custom landingpage + several functions which improved the user experience. Addional they updated all plug ins and did maintain the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We hired two people. 1 Full Stuck Developer and 1 Web Admin / Designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The user experience, website speed and the website security has been greatly improved. The clients love our updated website design.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated daily via Slack and Monday.com. In Monday.com all To dos were listed and prioritized in the product backlog. GitHub was also used. This allowed everyone involved to work effectively and efficiently and time was not wasted in unnecessary meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication with which the Team Extension contributed has pleased us very much and led to the project's success.

A JV between the two largest record companies in the world. I was head of product, technology and operations for the NOW Music App streaming service.

We originally hired them to help get us out of a sticky situation by achieving the impossible. Build us an Android app in 30 days. We then took them on for iOS, backend and customer relations.

We selected them for their due diligence, astute and personable attitude.

The scope of work was on such a significant level it is too much to add here. Essentially, they led all our mobile app development (from launch of product for Android) and continued to develop it as the company progressed. They also played a pivotal role in migrating to our new micro-services architecture as we expanded significantly.

Approximately twenty and ranging from low level developers to seniors and leads as well as working closely with their CEO, Moe.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I couldn't recommend a company more than I can recommend Team Extension! Truly outstanding as a company, a team and all who I met on an individual level. Moe and Team Extension delivered the impossible for us (NOW Music App - Music Streaming service - Sony Music Entertainment & Universal Music Group), when we asked them to build an Android version of the app in one month (after we had been let down and delayed by over a year by another company).

Not only did Moe and Team Extension deliver, they delivered an outstanding product that got better and better as we evolved together. We had Team Extension expand and take over our iOS version as well. We used them as our dedicated iOS and Android development team and we also used them for our dedicated customer relations, which they excelled at.

They integrated naturally and brilliantly with our in-house team, working as one and this made a real difference. Continually showing due diligence and great skill in their work. You've made a good choice if you decide to work with Moe and Team Extension! The measurable results were that we became the largest mid-tier music streaming service in the country.

Their ability to adapt to changing situations and environments is quite unique! And the fact they were highly skilled, yet astute and personable is impressive.

No, as they were incredibly good at learning and growing with you.

I work for a start-up, based in Vicenza (Italy), that is working on the development of a web and mobile application and I've been product owner, supervising the evolution of the project since before a physical headquarter was defined.

The company needed Team Extension to find a new member of the remote development team in a short amount of time.

What were your goals for this project?

The developer needed to manage broad activities mostly, such as package migration and upgrade, automatic deployment configuration, etc.

The business found Team Extension as a sponsored advertising in social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).

Describe the project in detail.

Team Extension provided different additional services, that are probably very useful if you are looking to outsource your project, for example, but weren't needed in our case. The staff provided support during the whole hiring period, by backing up the developer and contacting us directly in case of any issue.

What was the team composition?

The staff we were in contact with was formed by a member of the sales team and a lead developer, but occasionally a CEO was involved to check for best satisfaction on our side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Impossible to display any outcome due to confidentiality obligations on our side.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was great and nothing more was required.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Professionalism is easily perceivable in all of Team Extension activities, but, SPOILER ALERT, personally I was impressed the most by the surprise of a Christmas gift for our team!

Are there any areas for improvement?

The minimum amount of time for a contract could be perceived as a limitation, however there was margin for discussing that on vendor side, therefore it can be considered as a solved issue already. Possibly cheaper rates for the business model that was chosen by us - cannot tell for other business models - but still we all know that quality has a price and this evaluation is also subjective.
