SynergyAds was responsible for creating and end-to-end advertising ecosystem that would let us quickly deploy and test hypothesis' on large budgets in an incredibly dynamic market

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a recommended partner who would be able to understand business context and deep-dive into our business model and actively participate in driving it. SynergyAds came from a recommendation via our network.

SynergyAds was responsible for organizing a discussion around marketing strategy that would be aligned and fed into dashboards at board of director and vc level. Following this, SA created a marketing funnel and adapted the right tools for each step, saving us possibly months if not years in looking for the right rates and providers. The plug and play approach of connecting specific vendors to needs, in pair with a very hands on approach and data driven hypothesis testing created an incredible ecosystem that quickly let us scale.

Mateusz, the leader and two creatives. Additionally, about 5 partners who would manage affiliate networks, SEO and other projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We quickly implemented all necessary tools and continued to calibrate down the road. We achieved over 1000% hypergrowth as planned within 12 months, becoming the central business unit for the organization

Daily meetings, weekly summary going through results that was tailored to report to the board as well as asynchronous messaging via email and slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed of implementation and the quality of our partners are impressive, possibly saving us months if not years of setting up our martech stack and vendor network

We wanted to increase revenue.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SynergyAds creates our Google and Facebook Ads. We cooperate on the ad designs, as we have to follow marketing guidelines from our company’s manufacturer. SynergyAds creates the content in line with those guidelines. They also do web analysis. 

Mateusz (Founder & Head of Performance, SynergyAds) does digital strategy consulting, providing advice on how to expand the customer database or start new projects. He chooses the tools and helps us understand what our options are and how we can cost-effectively do work.

We only work with Mateusz. There are four people from my side working with him.

A social media trainer who was consulting for us recommended SynergyAds.

How much have you invested with them?

My company has spent $170,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started working with SynergyAds, e-commerce sales have tripled our annual revenue. 

The performance campaigns have driven 40% of the total revenue. This has been a very big move upwards for us. The return-on-ads rose almost 3,970%.

How did SynergyAds perform from a project management standpoint?

It has been a very good cooperation. At the beginning of the month, we have a review meeting at our headquarters. We communicate through WhatsApp or Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The company owner is a real Google person; he won a Google competition. His commitment to his work and his way of working is really impressive. I wouldn’t want to work with a big agency. This is an engagement with one person who is dedicated to the work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We improve on a daily basis. There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

I'm a co-founder and CMO of Akredo.pl, a marketplace for consumer loans.

We needed to hire an external resource to help us with lead acquisition in a competitive category. The previous agency we used had a high cost per click and low conversion rate.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to acquire high-quality sales leads at the lowest possible cost.

We identified three agencies through market research and recommendations. We choose SynergyAds due to their prior experience in our category and great references.

SynergyAds started by auditing our previous marketing activities. They recommended ways for us to optimize our bidding strategy, campaign structure, and landing pages. They also ran PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Google Display Network and Facebook Ads.

Over the three-year engagement, our cost per lead has decreased by 58% while the volume of qualifying leads increased fivefold.

How did the SynergyAds perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always available to communicate by phone. We had weekly calls as well as monthly reporting and planning meetings.

SynergyAds was fantastic at understanding our business needs. They constantly learned new techniques and proposed testing them on our project.

I am the country manager of a ridesharing and e-scooters company.

What challenge were you trying to address with SynergyAds?

We engaged SynergyAds when we were launching a car sharing service for cargo vehicles, such as vans that people can use while moving. We needed assistance in developing a digital marketing strategy to secure new users.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After SynergyAds assessed our needs and our budget, they proposed a multifaceted digital marketing strategy. We relied on them to lead that effort, specifically by writing ad copy and organizing Facebook and Google advertisements. We created the graphics in-house but leaned on SynergyAds for much of the rest of the process. Once the strategy was in place, SynergyAds led the day-to-day management of our campaigns.

We had a single point of contact with SynergyAds. I’m unsure if that representative was managing the campaigns himself, but we only communicated with him.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were quite happy with the results they produced, chief among them being an increase in leads. They proved they could capably manage our budget to maximize the returns from each of the channels we focused on.

How did SynergyAds perform from a project management standpoint?

Our company was relatively hands-off. We had weekly calls and monthly in-person meetings, but we mostly trusted SynergyAds to manage the campaigns themselves. They offered end-to-end service, and I was very happy with their responsiveness.

I appreciated how proactive they were, along with their willingness to take on several different tasks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I think SyndergyAds did a good job of addressing everything as we progressed. Whenever we gave feedback, they implemented it and adjusted things accordingly.
