Review and refresh the PMC brand and tone of voice.  Updated end to end brand, including colours, imagery, names and straplines Review and refresh the PMC tone of voice Suite of collateral templates (decks, social templates, initial website design, etc.) convert 3 key existing pieces of collateral into the new branding and style Subsequent support for redesign of our in house delivery platform, as well as other ad hoc pieces of design work (email and social media templates, etc.)

• New branding was approved and rolled out into the business

Effective. Regular comms and timeline updates. Responded quickly and efficiently to requests. At times, worked out of hours to ensure deadlines were met.

dedication to ensuring a positive result, action / outcome focussed rather than wasting time on long discussions, readily avialable and flexible based on our specific requirements and timing. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Switch Creative could have done differently?

Occasionally deliverables can vary in quality, I think depending on the team member that is assigned. An example is the 'tombstone' style mailer that we worked on, which I felt was slightly lower quality than some other work. This is an exception though and generally the quality of their work is consistent and high.

Excellent project management with the required flexibility and understanding of change requests due to the dynamic nature of program development. All deliverables were provided on time. We had a great feedback loop with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A lot of times agencies will lack the needed approach or flexibility to meet their customers' needs. Communication can be difficult, even if the outcomes are good - especially when it comes to the provision of working files, change requests, and reacting with understanding to changes throughout the project. 

The team of Switch Creative has proved multiple times that they provide excellent services, but what makes them truly stand out is the ease of communication, desire to fully understand our goals and vision, and willingness to adapt and actively think alongside our teams when we are implementing changes or defining concepts. A creative force that we can count on!

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Switch were appointed to develop a new brand look and feel for our company. Our brief was to make the new branding a) distinctive in the market b) modern in feel and c) professional looking. They started with a review of the existing brand and then provided us with a number of potential routes to consider. We selected a route but provided some feedback / guidance in terms of required changes.

Switch took that on board and evolved the chosen concept further delivering a really powerful and slick solution. They then showed us how the brand would work through different channels providing reassurance that the brand concept had 'the legs' we needed. The final brand was enshrined in an extensive set of guidelines and the creation of an 'asset bank' of images, icons, logos etc. for on-going use.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't run any post-rebrand research yet but anecdotal feedback has been excellent. The brand is getting us noticed and discussed which was one of the main objectives of the project. In addition it's worth mentioning that all deadlines and budgets were met. In a complicated project with a lot of different stakeholders involved, this shouldn't be underestimated. It's testament to the professionalism of the Switch team that this was the case.

Project management was excellent. I was kept informed throughout of timings and where I needed things a little quicker, flexibility was shown. I knew what the project stages were, what Switch were doing at any given time and also what I needed to do when the ball was in my court. The working relationship was slick, professional but also enjoyable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of the creative output was excellent - and was driven and optimised all the time by Chris Axe. However, I'd also call out Switch's creative flexibility. They are not afraid of explaining their rationale and views but are also prepared to see those of others. This sort of collaborative, solutions-orientated approach to creative development is less common than you'd expect in my experience and marks Switch out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Switch Creative could have done differently?

No. The project was handled well, and the output was excellent.
