• SEO Retainer: SUSO provides on-site SEO recommendations and consultations for several of our pages. This involves ensuring that our pages are well-optimized for search engines and that the content is optimized for the target audience. We have regular calls with our account manager, who is at hand to answer any questions we might have about the SEO work. 
• SEO Reports: SUSO delivered SEO reports that provided an overview of our SEO performance. The reports clearly defined key findings that needed to be addressed, a list of keyword opportunities, and a detailed analysis of a relevant keyword that should be targeted, along with recommendations on how to optimize for said keywords. 
• Workshop: The agency also delivered an educational workshop with our team in January 2024, which was led by SUSO’s CEO, Will. This session was incredibly valuable for our team, who now have a much stronger understanding of how SEO works and what the main areas of focus should be for 2024.

Following the workshop, our team left having learned a great deal about the main components of SEO, making it much easier for us to send more pitches with an SEO option included, ultimately resulting in more SEO business.

The kick-off/onboarding wasn't quite as seamless or smooth as I had hoped. This was, in part, down to the lack of time and attention from our side. However, having more hand-holding, expectation setting, or management would have been useful to help prioritize or resource as needed for a quicker start.

My website was hacked in September 23, but I didn't notice until November that year. That meant that I had to delete the whole site and Google had marked my site as unsafe, which really affected my business. I had conversations with other developers, but they were encouraging me to go with a new domain and redirect my old one to that. But, I had my previous website for 15 years and it had a lot of backlinks. So, I reached out to SUSO digital through a colleagues recommendation. 
They confirmed that recovering the hacked site was the much more favourable approach in the long run for SEO. I had a zoom meeting with a director and a developer and they quickly accessed the backend and all necessary tools to start the recovery process, migrate my design over, and signal to google to re-crawl the site. 
Within 48hrs, the site was migrated back to the hacked domain, on a new hosting package and was safe and listed on Google again. Just that day, I started to get enquiries again! It was fantastic.

Listed on google and marked as safe. Receiving enquiries as soon as that happened, after not seeing any new business for 3 months.

They listened to me and what I wanted, and were the first out of many to know exactly what they needed to do, and explained that to me very clearly during an initial meeting. That helped me understand the process, and the potential delays for each stage (which turned out to be less than anticipated)

We were thrilled with their confidence and speed. The SEO industry can be a bit like the Wild West, and I've had my fingers burnt before... but these guys are incredibly trustworthy. The updates from the main developer via WhatsApp were also very welcome.

Not that I can think of. Every aspect of dealing with SUSO was A-Class. I felt really confident throughout the process due to their professionalism from the outset.

They provide onsite inspection of certain errors/warnings/issues and resolved these issues.

Our website is running better and receiving more traffic because of resolved SEO issues. We have a detailed report that will serve us on developing content, link building, and other website optimizations for the whole year. We now have clarity on how to improve our SEO best to create inbound leads better.
