Our website was built quite a long time ago and it was outdated. When I joined Vitatree, the first project was to rebuild the website. The ultimate goal was to renew the website including upgrading the design, relocating the server, and enhancing website performance.

I was searching for a vendor and SupportSoft was one of the 1st companies approaching us. We went to several meetings and proposals before signing the agreement.

After signing the agreement, we had a kick-off meeting. We went through all of the requirements before Vitatree provided our brand kit. SupportSoft quickly sent us the wireframe and draft design. There were quite a few times of back and forth, yet we smoothly moved to the development phase. SupportSoft also helped us to consolidate the new website to Shopify and has been supporting us until now.

I mainly talked to Sandeep, who is the project manager. He was really helpful. There was also a developer dedicated to this project and she was proactive.

First, SUPPORTSOFT designed my logo and business cards. After that, they developed my website. They also sent me online training tutorials on how to use the platform. 

SUPPORTSOFT then explained why we need to implement SEO improvements on the site, and they walked me through all the necessary steps. Additionally, they’ll be doing my social media marketing — they’ll handle my posts, emails, and monthly reports. 

My website is pretty much finished, and I’m only uploading products at the moment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We posted our query on a couple of different website (upwork / service seeking), the main things we were looking for was an Australian based business, one that could would within my tight budget and time frame. The main factor was the quote that was sent through.

NONE of the other quotes when into so much detail, as to what work was going to be done, Support Soft Technologies sent me through a multi page document which included alot of valuable information, by the time i finished reading it all i knew exactly what they were going to achieve and when i was going to receive my final artwork.

After a couple of emails back and forth (i didn't have a phone at the time), i supplied them with a some samples of the looks / styles i was hoping the end result would look like. I also supplied them with all of the details with what i was after on each label, it was a bit of a messy project on my part as i had several different label sizes across 63 different products. BUT the end result was a fantastic looking bunch of label designs.

I was first sent through a quote from the director, who then passed me on to one of their designers to complete the work.

The results were fantastic, and I couldn't have done a better job myself. I don't have any results just yet but hope to soon, The labels are currently being printed, and i hope to take new photos and load them onto my website within the next week. I am doing a massive relaunch as soon as this is done, which i am hoping will bring in some much needed sales.

From start to finish communication was great. They understood what I wanted to achieve and delivered me an awesome range of designs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am extremely happy with the end results of the project, the thing i found most impressive was the initial quote that came through, when i posted my original ad for this job i included as much detail as i could on what i wanted done, including the fact the i had a small and tight budget to work with and giving a list of all the label sizes and # of products per size.

Support Soft were the first to come back with a quote and i must say compared to all of the other companies that quoted this one stood out from the rest. I had some beyond ridiculous quotes come back, some were just too expensive others said the job was "too messy". From start to finish i had not one problem with Support Soft, even when the label designs came back for review most were perfect first go (others just needed a slight tweeking)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, i had great communication and was (and still am) extremely happy with the end result and i cant want to be able to take photo's and load them onto the website.

Supportsoft stood out based on price, speed of response, quality of portfolio and presentation of development information. The initial phone call was informative and to the point without feeling like a hard sell.

I had an initial phone call to assess what my requirements were. I then provided examples of websites that I liked along with an overview of what I wanted my website to look like. The project team then provided me with a mockup which they revised as per my request and provided me with a testing site.

I requested multiple revisions to the testing site and the team were very quick in revising all I wanted. Service and quality of work was great. All my requests were generally actioned within 24hours if not sooner. Once the mockup was confirmed, the live site was launched and support was ongoing from then.
