I'm the founder of a Human Resources company which provides consulting services to companies.

I hired Supportsoft to design and develop my website in order to generate leads and have an online presence. I needed a professional looking website and had a specific idea in mind.

I searched for different providers online and approached approximately 5 different companies. Supportsoft stood out based on price, speed of response, quality of portfolio and presentation of development information. The initial phone call was informative and to the point without feeling like a hard sell.

I had an initial phone call to assess what my requirements were. I then provided examples of websites that I liked along with an overview of what I wanted my website to look like. The project team then provided me with a mockup which they revised as per my request and provided me with a testing site.

I requested multiple revisions to the testing site and the team were very quick in revising all I wanted. Service and quality of work was great. All my requests were generally actioned within 24hours if not sooner. Once the mockup was confirmed, the live site was launched and support was ongoing from then.

I had two Project Managers and the development team work with me.

My experience with the Supportsoft team has been excellent. The team was quick to respond any questions that I had and delivered a really great website design. They actioned all my requests for changes and nothing was too hard for them to do. They were fast, diligent, knowledgeable and professional in the delivery of the website.

I was in constant communication with the Project Manager and the development team. I always had the information that I needed and knew what needed to happen.

They quickly completed the work and implemented the changes that I requested. Communication was great and I was constantly kept in the loop with updates. There is a lot to like.

Not that I can think of. Really happy with the service and quality of work. I will be recommending Supportsoft.

Saurabh, the project manager asked me to lists what I wanted in my e-commerce website and the details. Saurabh then transferred me to their web designer and developer, Sandeep. Sandeep then has been emailing me back and forth on how I want to website to look like and how I want it to function. Oftentimes, we would talk through video meetings on google, to adjust several things on the website.

The team has helped me to get how I want the website to look like He also gave me several opinions on which way is better or not from his experience. He also has sent me a video on how to add photos or products to my website which is really helpful for the future.

Sandeep will reply me back with the updates, and reasons or alternatives on few things that need to get changed. Sandeep would also set up video meetings to get to understand better what changes I wanted on the project.

They have been very helpful in helping set up my website, they answered to every question I asked, and keep me updated with the progress they are doing on the project

I do not have any issues with them. You just have to make sure to ask them how to do or set up few things if you are not sure what to do no matter how simple the task is, they will be happy to guide you. If you ask.

Our goal was to become the go-to online social platform for anyone looking to have a great night out wherever they are. By doing so, we create revenue streams that start from a venue’s need of connecting with potential clients.

Users can plan and book their perfect night out using our social media application software. Venues get reviews, posts, and comments from users creating a transparent playground where the quality of service is rewarded with more clients that generate more revenues.

What was the team composition?

From the start date to the present, we communicate with the entire team on a regular basis. Usually, to keep things simpler, we communicate with the assigned project manager of Supportsoft technologies who will relay any urgent messages or tasks needed to be completed if necessary.

We have had multiple of investment offers from global scale venture capital firms who recorded the project with a 39.25% rating over the average 9.88%. The overall investor rating was given an 8.75/10 for OutGoers quality within the product development and concept.

Multiple high-ranked Angel investors have been applying for investment and equity transfer in exchange for close involvement within the project and funding for global scale launch programs and marketing.

The entire Supportsoft Tech team has been effective with the workflow and especially communication from start to finish. They ALWAYS, work around your schedule, doesn't matter if its a Saturday or a Sunday. They will always be there to fix any urgent issues that may arise or provide any work support.

Supportsoft designed a mobile app that functions specifically how I needed it too. From the aesthetics to core processing and matching, Sandeep guided the team to create an app that represented what I wanted and needed. The app had to be clearly created to match certain parameters to ensure customers would be matched with appropriate customers. They delivered the testing phase of the design of the app, then the workable side of it, and trimmed it all up to critique how it functions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Satisfaction of the customer. I'm extremely grateful for the work Sandeep and his team put in. It idea was clear but as we progressed, other ideas came to light and they all jumped on board and made it happen. The success of the app is now up to my team as they have given us the best head start.

They were always contactable are sure to get back as soon as possible. Key inclusions were executed as quick as they could. Timelines were met and could have been sooner if perhaps my communication was clearer, but all in all everything was addressed and sorted with in appropriate timeframes.

I really enjoyed the fact I felt like I was always in control of my app. The executed what I wanted.

Even though the process is still occurring, maybe taking the approach to teach the customer how the app is being built, and the components thereof. Maybe other customers would prefer not being invested, but I would have liked to understand how the app was actually built.

The overall scope was a free-flowing open website that was either pay-to-advertise or free to look through signed-up profiles. We then discussed a temporary landing page designed to help gauge interest before proceeding.

The help and progress were the small successes that could be seen more than a product. Rob and the team are quick and efficient, extremely helpful, and full of knowledge. 

We are currently still playing around with the product but the professionalism and gradual progress have been unreal and starting to make this idea feel like a small business
