Our website was created internally by us when we founded the company. Then, we scaled and got new clients, but we never updated our image. So, our website didn't represent our company any longer. Stellar helped us to rebuild the website, helping us to diversify our services beyond a traditional consulting company, including integration with our online course academy, on-demand consulting, etc.

We had a shortlist of about five companies that presented adequate approaches to our RFP. Stellar provided a very detailed and transparent plan and pricing strategy. Jack was very clear and provided good insights on how to work on it.

Stellar developed a WordPress website (design was provided by our designer via Figma). The website includes a landing page, several other pages, a blog, consultant pages with Calendly integrations to book meetings, REST API integrations with our Learning Management System so they integrated a WooCommerce store for our courses with the course enrollments, among other things.

The communication was mainly via a project manager and the tech leads (Jack and Vladimir). Then, there were at least a couple of developers involved in the process.

We are certainly getting higher traffic and interest from our audience. We've received a lot of positive feedback both from the website and from our rebranding.

We had weekly calls at the beginning with asynchronous communication via Slack. Then, as we approached the deadline, we started having daily meetings too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When things got difficult (deadlines, certain bugs we found) they made sure they were fixed with maximum priority.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was a language barrier with some of the developers on live calls. The tech leads were fluent in English, facilitating the communication. I would also suggest covering a larger spectrum of technologies since we would like to use a single vendor for most of our software development projects. But, for the kind of project we built at the time, they did a good job.

The project involved the development of a fully customized, headless Shopify architecture using Shopify Hydrogen, React, and Remix, hosted on Shopify Oxygen infrastructure. The objective was to create a scalable and high-performance digital environment that reflects the GLOCK brand identity and ensures technical reliability.

Scope of work included:

• UX/UI design aligned with GLOCK corporate identity and visual guidelines
• Development of a fully headless Shopify solution
• Custom frontend implementation using React and Tailwind CSS
• Shopify backend configuration and GraphQL integration
• Integration of third-party systems including Klaviyo and Storepoint

What stood out was their in-depth technical expertise in headless Shopify architecture combined with strong UX and frontend design capabilities.

Their approach goes beyond building a standard e-commerce platform. They developed a scalable and performance-oriented digital infrastructure designed for long-term operational stability. Their understanding of Shopify Hydrogen, React, and backend architecture enabled a structured and future-ready implementation.

Throughout the project, they addressed every technical challenge and feature request in a structured and solution-oriented manner. When additional requirements arose or timelines required acceleration, they allocated the necessary resources to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

We particularly appreciated the project management structure. A highly skilled project manager served as our single point of contact, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication. Although more than ten developers and multiple specialists were involved on their side, coordination remained streamlined through this centralized communication model.

In addition, the founders regularly checked in to ensure alignment and overall satisfaction. This level of oversight and accountability contributed to a transparent and well-managed collaboration.

The balanced integration of technical precision, structured communication, and operational reliability ensured that the final result met performance expectations while remaining aligned with the standards and positioning of GLOCK Watches.

Overall, we were very satisfied with both the collaboration and the final result. The project was technically complex and strategically ambitious, and Stellar Soft managed it in a structured and professional manner.

Due to the innovative nature of a fully headless architecture, certain phases required additional strategic alignment and technical clarification. This was primarily driven by the complexity of the setup rather than execution issues. In these situations, the team communicated transparently, outlined implications clearly, and worked collaboratively toward practical solutions.

The process remained controlled and solution-oriented throughout. Based on our experience, we would confidently collaborate with Stellar Soft again on future digital initiatives.
