They focus on sourcing, reaching out and securing all of the sponsorship and partnership deals for my social media (mainly YouTube). They handle all of the communication, negotiations, and paperwork with the brands. They're great about presenting deals that align with my niche, provide details and leave the decision up to me.

Ive worked with 2 of the cofounders and about 3 of their assistants thus far.

Overall I am pleased with the opportunities to work with great brands that they have presented to me.

We communicate primarily via email. Overall the workflow has been good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What's impressive is their commitment to not pressure me (the content creator) to take deals I am not comfortable with or that don't align with my values solely for monetary compensation. They've really grown in the last year, and im glad ive been a part of it!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I would love to have a "meeting" every so often to catch up on where things are, where things are headed, align schedules... Just to make sure everyone is satisfied on both ends.

Station Entertainment secures all of my brand deals and negotiations, helping to connect me with brands that are a good fit for me and my content style. They also assist me with all of the contracts and helping keep tabs of all of my open projects & campaigns.

They actually reached out to me initially about taking me on as a client. I was able to chat with them about their ideas and the company values and goals, and once I could see how well aligned we were, working with them was a no brainer for me.

They've been huge in helping me manage brand deals, and it's helped to take a lot off of my plate that I just didn't have the capacity for.

They work to bring in brands that want to work with me, present me with the brand's offer laid out via email and assist with all of the contracts, managing communications with the brand, and helping to keep tabs on open items so that nothing falls in between the cracks. They also facilitate payment from the brands and help with growth strategies and other opportunities.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They've been able to help me secure paid brand deals with big name corporations that have been instrumental in helping me grow my social platforms. I truly believe that this exposure is what has helped me grow my platforms so much in the past few months.

My TikTok account alone has grown by almost 45K since signing on with the team at Station Entertainment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Definitely a 10/10 experience, they truly make it so easy to work with them and I feel like they're always a step ahead of me. They're always so quick to reply, and the response is always very positive and to the point. I really could not successfully do this type of job without their help.

I love that they really do put their creators/clients first. You can tell that they genuinely believe in their creators and want to see us succeed. They're always willing to go the extra mile to help us reach our goals and the overall attitude of the company is just so positive and encouraging and I love that.

I really have no complaints at this time!

After hearing about Station Entertainment online, I scheduled an appointment with them through Google Meet to get to know their company and what they stand for. I quickly realized they were the best management team for me because they were open and honest, realistic about setting goals for my social media channels, extremely knowledgeable on social media marketing and content creation. Overall they impressed me with their professionality and knowledge base and I decided to sign with them.

After just a week, they started getting me more campaign opportunities than I had booked own my own in months. They formed connections with brands and negotiated contracts on my behalf which already increased my bookings by 90% within the first month.

I have worked with multiple members of the team; Branon, Trenton, Isaac, Jordan, Christina and Jenna. Each of them are not only professional and prompt with their responses, but friendly, eager to help and always positive. I have only felt encouraged and supported by each one of them.

My Instagram followers have jumped from 30k to 41k in just a few months and my Youtube subscribers reached 50k in just a few months. They have increased my yearly salary by 50% and have already started working towards booking campaigns for the upcoming year.

Every day I am receiving emails from their team, with no response later than 12 hours. They are prompt with their replies and prioritize my campaigns and needs daily. They are constantly negotiating with brands on my behalf, even on the weekends. I can always reach out to them at any time of the day, and they reply so quickly and positively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed every day at their level of commitment. They show me that they prioritize myself and want to see me and my brand succeed. They truly believe in me and encourage me every day to reach for my goals. They are positive, uplifting, encouraging, and goal-oriented. I always feel supported by them.

I truly think Station Entertainment has created such a great team full of incredible employees. I do not have any complaints or critiques. I am so excited to continue my relationship with them as the year goes on.

I interviewed a few different talent agencies but decided to go with The Station LLC because I felt they were fair, ambitious and transparent.

After getting to know my brand and the types of companies I hoped to collaborate with, the agency obtained sponsorship deals, negotiated on my behalf and prepared contracts for brand deals that appealed to me. The Station would track products needed for each project, and would work with the brand directly from project start to finish.

I work mainly with 2 of The Station Co-Founders.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In my first year working with The Station, Home With Stefani has made over $36,000 in sponsorship deals alone. When I initially signed on with The Station I had about 55K subscribers and in less than a year reached 100K subscribers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For communication we typically talk over email, and occasionally phone call / group calls. Our workflow has improved and we now utilize a shared Google spreadsheet to track sponsorships and upcoming projects so that we're all on the same page.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The responsiveness, and ambition of The Station team I find the most impressive. The team is incredibly quick to respond and I know I can always count on them. They truly believe in our success and they work hard right alongside me to help me reach my goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took a bit of time to get am organized system down for tracking sponsorships but once a system was established we were able to work together more efficiently.

I am a content creator and YouTuber based in Canada. I create DIY videos on home repairs and woodworking, essentially anything to do with home improvement.

I was looking to get brand deals and sponsorships with known companies to get my name out there more — I wanted to generate more income from my content creation. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Station Entertainment connects me with potential sponsors and brand deals. They take a group of creators and send our names and specialties to companies to see if those companies are interested in working with us.

Depending on the type of DIY video that I create, Station Entertainment will reach out to relevant companies, like Lowe’s and Home Depot, to inquire about sponsorships and brand deals for a video. That means a company will send me a product and monetary payment to show their product in my video. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Brandon (Co-Founder) and Trenton (Co-Founder), but other teammates have recently been brought on. 

How did you come to work with Station Entertainment?

The team at Station Entertainment reached out to me a couple of times and we set up a Zoom call to set up the partnership. 

How much have you invested with them?

I haven’t invested any money with them, but they take a percentage of anything I make. Usually, they take between 10%–15% of what a brand is willing to pay for a time slot on one of my videos — this year, they’ve received under $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I began working with them in March 2020 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Even though I don't have a huge following online, Station Entertainment has gotten me a lot of work with more prominent brands, including Skillshare. I’ve made a fair amount of money for the videos that Station Entertainment has gotten me sponsors for. 

How did Station Entertainment perform from a project management standpoint?

The Station Entertainment is great at communication — they’ll schedule with a brand when they want a video to come out and then they’ll relay that information to me. Sometimes brands want multiple videos over a longer period of time and the Station Entertainment team will schedule each video in the series.  

They’re prompt at responding to emails, and if I ever have issues, they respond and rectify the situation quickly. We mostly communicate over email but also have Zoom and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that they’ve been able to bring me sponsorships and brand deals from such big brands who are willing to pay me well is really impressive. 

I have a small audience size, and when I first signed up with them, my expectations were low. I didn’t expect that many brands wanted to work with me, especially a year ago when my audience was smaller than it is now. They’ve exceeded my expectations. 

I wholeheartedly believe that the services they provide are great and they’ve helped me grow my business so much — I support them 100%. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is nothing for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I am very busy now, and it is impossible to view my content creation as a side project because of all the sponsorships Station Entertainment has secured. Potential customers need to be prepared to be extremely busy and grow their business.

We were finding it challenging to manage so many different influencers and content as a small company, so Station Entertainment became the perfect solution. They have a great roster of creators within their reach with an impressive following.

After an initial call with Station Ent team we informed them of our budget, our needs and timeframe and they presented us with the best options for us to review. What I like most about working with Station Ent is that the team is readily available, involved and want to grow as much as we do.

We've worked with at least 3-4 team members at any given time. They are all willing to jump in, help us stay organized and always follow up to keep us updated on the process of our projects.

The results of working with Station Ent and their roster of influencers has had incredible results for our company. We've been able to form long-lasting and ongoing relationships with the influencers which really positions us well within our category amongst competitors. Our sales have grown and so has our referral program and our brand awareness. We are really starting to see the effects as more and more people are seeking out our products in the marketplace!

It's been great. I couldn't ask for a better team as they are all knowledgeable, personable and reasonable in terms of their pricing and overall structure.
