I am the CEO of Tessellation Software LLC

We design and develop software products for corporations (a software framework) that enables their development teams to deliver their software development projects in greatly accelerated timeframes with built in security, communication and deployment across servers in the data center or in the cloud and also develop our own retail and corporate software for sale that utilizes these frameworks.

Sopro helped us craft an entire outreach campaign conducted through email and Linked In.  They worked with us to use their AI tools to generate many types of unique emails that described our complex offering until it accurately reflected our desired marketing approach and offering.

They have extensive lists of executives in multiple industries that they can target and we were able to choose our geographic target locations and companies and the types of executivies who might be interested in our products.

They provided plug-in connectivity with their systems enabling us to see who visited our website from the outreach campaign that ensued and how long each target stayed on each page -- very useful to know who is really interested in our products.

They also helped us improve our own website with expert marketing advice.

I’m a global account executive at ITAMCO, an advanced manufacturing and technology firm. We partner with leading companies and universities to provide precision components and solutions for industries like energy, mining, off-highway, and oil.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sopro?

We needed a strong lead generation campaign for our small sales team. Rather than hiring an SDR, we felt that working with Sopro would allow us to have a greater reach and faster ramp-up.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve asked Sopro to help us increase our sales pipeline within our CRM. The team has been responsible for vetting qualified leads that include the right contacts and companies for our ideal customer profile (ICP). We’ve focused on specific industries and large enterprise companies in the energy, oil and gas, and aerospace sectors.
Sopro has built out the sequencing and email cadence for us, helped drive our website traffic, and boosted our intent data. The team has also leveraged our LinkedIn profiles to create authentic first-degree connections with potential customers and partners. Overall, Sopro has handled the entire lead generation process, including the outreach, sequencing, qualification, and handoff of leads to our sales team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can see the cost per lead, total audience reached, total website visits with their geographical locale, number of prospects engaged and their sentiments, and the percentage of the total addressable market that we’ve reached. All of this has been tracked and more.
For example, our cost per lead has dropped to $48 after two months of running the campaign. We’ve also engaged 9,345 prospects and 2,009 companies, all within a two-month period. Our sales pipeline has skyrocketed, and we’re getting good qualified leads. As a result, we’re converting at a much better clip.

How did Sopro perform from a project management standpoint?

Sopro has delivered on time. The team is very professional and on top of everything. We’ve communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sopro’s AI messaging has allowed for an adaptive approach to each prospect. I can see that it tailors its follow-up messages according to the contact's title and role. Moreover, since we’ve run this campaign globally, the emails have been written in the local native language with the proper vernacular. It’s been pretty impressive, honestly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We just need to tailor a little more to refine the ICP. For example, we’ve used “engineer” as a title, but it should be more specific, like “mechanical engineer.” We’ve had several electrical engineers that weren’t a fit.
