The Software Aspekte team played a key role in modernizing and streamlining the management processes at our medical center by implementing a robust CRM solution - Microsoft Dynamics 365. They successfully identified gaps in the previous version of the CRM system and developed a new, stable, and complex solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

They implemented the new solution to production and added numerous new functionalities, such as creating separate flows for telemedicine services and integrating it with Outlook. The team developed complex reports for cost estimation and treatment programs.

Ongoing support and maintenance services are also being provided by Software Aspekte. We plan to implement new features and integrations (e.g. with SAP and mobile applications) in the future to further enhance the CRM solution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the key accomplishments of this project was the successful implementation of a sophisticated and complex CRM solution. This new solution enabled us to replace a variety of external tools such as paper documents, office documents, spreadsheets and others.

As a result of this project, we were able to unify our business processes and the entire International Medical Services Department is now utilizing the CRM solution implemented by Software Aspekte as their primary business system. The centralization of our IT systems via this CRM solution has led to a significant improvement in operational efficiency.

The Software Aspekte team took on the overall responsibility for the implementation of our business management solution. They followed an agile project management approach and delivered the solution through short iterations. Their team deployed 3 systems: production, staging, and development environment.

Our experience working with the Software Aspekte team has been overwhelmingly positive. Their team is highly responsive and willing to adapt to our specific requirements. At times, the process of making estimates may take longer than desired. But on the other hand, this is caused by the complexity and non-standard nature of the queries that arise.
