User satisfaction is Janji-ku key metric and the application hasn’t had any major complaints from users so far after SoftProdigy’s work. The team understood the target audience very well and delivered quality work. Overall, the deliverables were impressive.

Both teams worked together to manage everything on time and within the budget. The communication took place mainly via project management platforms and online meetings. As for the collaboration tools, emails, Google Drive, and Trello were used. All these tools helped the teams communicate locally and overseas.

Their team’s strength is their ability to translate complex and technical concepts into simpler terms that can be comprehensible to even a non-techie.

I haven’t felt anything about the team that needs improvement. Their work is streamlined very well and they adopt a very professional approach which makes their overall performance quite impressive.
