Some tactics need greater focus and may require additional support from the team. Our volume of campaign activity is increasing and the ad platforms continue to make changes to how they have they have their ad management set up. This can add some constraints to the set up time. Need more eyes on campaign to ensure we spend budget effectively, manage optimizations and pacing, and be help us prepare ad copy that is suitable for promotion

We hired Socium to assist us with SEO and paid digital media management on an ongoing basis for primarily our Dallas property but also onboarded Socium to our other two properties as well. They manage google ads, bing ads, meta ads, CTV, display and any digital channels we want to try. They've particually been helpful on the metrics and data side (though their support on creative is also great) helping us understand our efficiency and scale opportunities, and how it changes based on the season.

Thanks to partnership with Socium, we not only made YouTube an evergreen marketing channel, but increased monthly budgets by large orders of magnitude. We have made great strides in understanding performance by ad placement, creative, and device.

Overall, I've had a great experience with the Socium team. However, as is always the case with agencies, there can sometimes be person-to-person variation and occasionally there have been people on our account who were not as effective as a peer. Overall, the caliber of our current Socium account is very impressive.

Socium quickly stepped in and provided a detailed overview of how they were going to adjust our campaign structures, overall allocations and provided clear POV on their expectations. Reporting immediately improved, both from a dashboard and communications perspective. 

We saw almost immediate on-platform performance improvments and exceeded D2C business revenue targets the first full quarter after beginning work with them after struggling to do so previously.
