Their scope included developing our messaging and media narrative, running two pitching cycles per month, and creating newsworthy story angles for ongoing outreach.

Key deliverables included proactive digital media placements, vetted journalist targeting, podcast and radio pitching, and thought leadership opportunities. They also provided ghostwriting support for bylined articles and media responses, along with the creation of core press assets like press releases, product fact sheets, and company boilerplates.

Throughout the engagement, we had access to a dedicated media relations team, with regular weekly check-ins and reporting to ensure alignment and momentum.

From a measurable performance standpoint, the program generated 53 pieces of earned media coverage, reaching an estimated 80.2 million people across online publications, social platforms and syndicated outlets. The placements are projected to generate approximately 2.07 million lifetime views, with more than 4,790 documented social engagements demonstrating strong audience interaction and amplification. One area where Society 22 PR could have enhanced its approach was by conducting a thorough planning and strategy session at the outset of our partnership. A significant deep dive into AlohaHP.  This would have provided an opportunity to fully understand AlohaHP’s proprietary programming and integrate it into the overall PR strategy from day one.
From the start, a deeper understanding of the business would have created an immediate sense of alignment and partnership.  This developed organically over time through experience and feedback. Establishing this strategic foundation early on could have streamlined efforts and maximized impact immediately.
