We've never done any marketing before, so they walked us through what would be best for us. We've talked through keywords for SEO and given them an idea of our business. If there are trending products on social media, I tell them what those are, and they do more ads for those. If my boss goes on a podcast, I tell them about the podcast, and they help put those into the SEO keywords.
We've provided them with images, text, and colors for the website. They also manage our Google Ads campaigns.
