Rich then was able to pair me with a knowledgeable analyst, Phylis, who was able to address my concerns through listening and making time, and was providing significant results as I was a new company on my Amazon store. Unfortunately I am no longer with smart sites due to legal complications directly relating to the business, but I will consult Smart Sites once I have rebranded. I know that I will find success with Rich and Phylis setting me up in the right direction. I would definitely recommend their services to any entrepreneur looking to advertise and market their products.
