Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They helped us create a new user experience that wasn’t previously available in our industry space. We went from no automation to full automation. Now, we have full KPI control of our business, and we can track revenue from point of origin through its collection. We have been able to reallocate expenses to fully productive revenue generating functions. It hasn’t been short of a phenomenal outcome, and it continues to improve.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was a great customer experience for us. We continue to work with them on an on-going basis, and they are part of our overall plan for our company. Arpan led the team, and Maitree and Vimal managed development as well as backend server management. Jay stepped in to ensure that any major roadblock (which had nothing to do with SerpentCS Pvt. Ltd.) was resolved instantly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by the results they generated. So many companies in software development consulting only want to bill hours and string you along. SerpentCS Pvt. Ltd. is the opposite of that—it was about the results instead of the billable hours. Our experience with them was buying results, not services, which is the highest compliment that one could give a business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little I could think of. I’m sure that as time progresses, they’ll find better ways to do things, but as of right now, there is nothing constructive I could add to their processes.

The project has been a huge success. The systems approach and development work SerpentCS executed promotes a more uniform workflow and better accountability operations. 

By managing automated emails, production planning, inventory, and role assignments, the system reduces the time and resources required for documentation management while still allowing us to conduct daily operations in accordance with ISO 9001 regulations.

Though the project is ongoing, SerpentCS’ speed, reasonable cost, attention to detail, and personal attitude have already exceeded our expectations and facilitated new spheres of capability. Rather than forcing us to conform to their strategies, they adapted their methods to our existing protocols, which is beneficial to any company adopting new systems.

We work very well together. I've most appreciated how they guide us through the process and best practices while remaining mindful of our business needs. Everyone’s role is clearly defined and utilized efficiently.
