I’m a strategic consultant for a medical marketing group. Previously, I was the vice president of marketing. We have a lot of medical clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with SEO Discovery?
The main objective was to have someone help us deal with the search engine optimization campaigns that we have going on for our clients. Backlinks are one of the most important parts of an SEO campaign. Without it, it would be difficult to succeed online, especially with the competition.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We work in collaboration with the SEO Discovery team to achieve the results our clients want. We handle most of the SEO process, but SEO Discovery executes a lot of the backlink generation. They also give us ideas for optimizing our website and other matters related to SEO. They’re like a white-label partner so they don’t have any contact with our clients. They only deal with the SEO department in our company. It’s more of a third-party type of relationship.
For a certain client of ours, we would start the campaign and do the main optimization on the website. As we’re going through that process, we get in contact with SEO Discovery to get their thoughts. At that point, we create the second part of the campaign, which is when they come into play and start to generate links to the websites.
How did you come to work with SEO Discovery?
I was looking for a partner I could outsource part of the campaigns to, and I found SEO Discovery online. I got in contact with a few other companies to see what kind of work they do and what kind of results they could give us. I had a list of 15 companies that I narrowed down to 3. In the end, we decided to use SEO Discovery.

It’s a very seamless and hands-off process. We put a lot of thought into it, but we don’t need to go through a lot of paperwork. They get the job done as needed. They’re always there for us.
They’re in India, so we can’t expect them to be native speakers. Fortunately, we are able to communicate easily with anyone on their team, and they understand what we ask them to do. We primarily use Slack, and we also use Skype when we need video conferencing. We also use Facebook Messenger periodically.

It would be awesome if they could be our in-house team. They are always available for questions, and we can expect to get a response within the day.
