We vetted a handful of different options and SEOBrand offered the best package of ongoing check-ins, business needs assessment, complementary services, and track record with other clients at a competitive price.

SEOBrand manages our paid ads and SEO. Accordingly, they create and manage paid ad campaigns, conduct keyword research, edit and monitor metadata, build strong backlinks, write blog posts, and other projects as they come up.

What was the team composition?

SEOBrand has had a team of roughly five people who have come on for various projects and to manage our account who work with our eCommerce and marketing department.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SEOBrand has done a great job in raising our revenue and achieving on target and exceeding target ROAS. We are continuing to work with them on our marketing projects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Strong. SEOBrand is great with follow-up and holds us accountable for giving them the needed information in a timely fashion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

SEOBrand has very strong employees and we have yet to work with someone who made us question their ability. They are persistent and work very well in achieving our shared objectives.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Nothing at this time.

We specifically hired them to increase site speed and enhance our SEO.

What were your goals for this project?

100% on site speed and increased SEO services.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They did not address site speed until a ways into the project even though that was our number one demand. We hired them only for this. Once the realized they could not increase the site speed we terminated the relationship. We are now in a dispute over a refund and they are being extremely rude even though this was the sole contingency upon their hire.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did not increase the site speed in fact our site speed got worse. They offered to sell us a new site so we could throw more good money after bad. It seemed like a bait and switch activity where the communication got lost from the person who sold us the service and the people actually implementing.

They did not realize the importance and she did not have the skills to realize she couldnt help in advance. It's been an awful experience with nothing to salvage and they are holding our money hostage.

Not effective at all

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes. They overpromised and underdelivered. They're also failing to properly refund in a timely manner.

It's wonderful, well-organized, and cohesive. I couldn’t be happier with my project manager.
