They first had to design and reccomend the best processes to approach our client base. Once that was done they had to put the process in place with regards to platforms, marketing and follow through to the CRM.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the entire team. They were responsive, dynamic and effective.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw amazing results with regards to lead generation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They integrated very well with our team and communicated regularly on several platforms.

Like the name suggests. We saw a response! We only cared about good results and we definitely got that.
