SECL Group handled end-to-end custom software development for a B2B partner portal and internal enterprise software solution that supports our partner and sales operations around drone simulator products. The scope of work included business analysis, software architecture, back-end development in Python/FastAPI, front-end development in JavaScript/React, UX/UI design, QA, and API development. They built a secure web-based portal for our partners, created the internal workflows needed by our team, and implemented the integrations required to connect the new system with HubSpot.
A major part of the project was AI agent development and AI integration. SECL Group designed and implemented a multi-agent AI system that enriched each partner profile, collected and structured relevant company and contact data, and prepared CRM-ready information for our sales and marketing processes. This helped automate manual research, improve data quality, and streamline partner management workflows.
They also supported enterprise app modernization and data migration by moving data from our legacy custom CRM into HubSpot, cleaning and mapping records, and integrating HubSpot with the new platform through custom REST API integrations.

We were very happy with SECL Group overall. As with any complex custom software development project involving AI integration, data migration, and API integration, there were moments where additional upfront documentation or more detailed planning for certain phases could have been helpful. However, the team was highly responsive and collaborative, so they addressed questions and evolving requirements quickly. Overall, we did not see any major areas for improvement.
