What was your goal for working with Searchbloom?

It was to create brand awareness online and increase Web traffic and leads.

We're just doing the organic SEO [search engine optimization] right now. They wanted to do my PPC [pay-per-click] management work as well, but I just haven't handed over the reins yet. I think that we probably will shortly.

They were referrals through my husband. He knew them personally.

When was the project completed?

We have been working with them since January 2015, and the project is ongoing.

It was from $10,000 to $50,000.

What were the results of the project?

The results have been positive, and we are pleased.

Do you have any statistics or metrics on the project?

They've quadrupled our online web leads, which we then send to our dealers that are part of our national network. We actually have spreadsheets and real names and addresses of real leads. We used to get about 15 a month, and we get more than 15 to 25 a week now. They send conversion optimization and retention stats to me, but I haven't been watching that as much because what I cared about was leads, and I get my leads straight to my email.

Is there anything unique or special about Searchbloom that really makes them stand out?

I think the biggest thing is how fast they are. Searchbloom turned out a mobile-ready website in seven to nine days. It was a crazy turnaround. Their ability to turn around quality work on such a tight schedule is awesome.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or something that you might do differently?

No. At this point, I think that the biggest hurdle with Searchbloom has been on our end. They've asked for client interviews and things like that, and we haven't been as responsive as we should have been. I think the only detrimental part was caused by my team working too slow. I should have committed our side a little bit more than I did.

What advice would you give a future client of theirs?

My advice is to try Searchbloom. We hesitated for a very long time on actually even doing SEO at all because it's an industry rife with poor ROI [return on interest], but they are actually good. They perform. If you're going to do SEO work, do it with Searchbloom. We've been happy.

Our project is ongoing, however we have seen a significant increase in our website performance after Alec sifted through our website and found areas of improvement. We have seen a huge percentage increase in our organic traffic as well as our ranking for key words. This is a WIN for us!

Their culture is wonderful. The owner of the company has made an appearance several times to let us know he is available and here to support us in any way possible. In addition, our project manager, Alec, has been beyond helpful for us. We have had several new ideas and projects pop up throughout the course of our time together, and he has done a fantastic job incorporating those needs into our project timelines. This company as a whole works very well as a team, and their communication is excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Searchbloom could have done differently?

Given that we are still only a few months into our projects, I haven't found a huge need for improvement. We haven't faced any significant difficulties.
