They did ecverything they could, market conditions and demand changed coming out of lockdown which made demand go down a lot. Nothing more I or scube could have done.

Good at goal setting and the steps to get there with detailed numbers.

Maybe answer replied quicker on email but I understand they are doing big work and don't want to get sidetracked with email.
