Staff attendance can be recorded accurately and the payroll module can fetch this data internally to make the salary calculations.

The software standardizes employee health data management, enabling us to calculate the Health Index of each employee and get Business, Vertical, Function, Location & Age-wise Health Analysis.

To record the data effeciently of the regular health checkups we organize keeping in mind the parameters that are critical for operation at MG Motors on basis of which the health index is calculated.

The data is managed over some time right from pre-employment to pre-retirement, everything is stored in one place. The data comparison can also be done between 2 years, department-wise, sub-company division-wise, age-wise. Among the employee's percentage of health and risk level can be calculated.

The development team is composed of 3 people throughout the project and one support engineer who constantly provides us support post-development.

Thus owing to the software healthcare professionals like us can direct all our time to protect, maintain and promote the wellness of employees and are no longer needed to sort and update data from different logs. They’ve provided the quality we were expecting from them.
