Student module to manage all the data regarding students at one place and with it include all details about his/her admission, general, demographic, communication, family, health, documents and all images from the period he enrolled in school till he passes out.

In addition, admission is also covered in student module which assigns institute power to handle all admission inquiry whether it is offline or online, institutes can also define their own criteria for admission and software helps to sort out numerous application based on merit with just a single click. Attendance of classes are also managed effectively with quick present entry and auto alert can be sent to parents of absentees. All type of educational certificates like bonafide, leaving, character etc can be generated from software in no time.

Sapphire delivered the required functionality in a timely manner, and were diligent in testing and validating the accuracy of the functionality. They were helpful, responsive at all times, and exceeded the expectations. The team is very smart and driven and can deliver stuff on time and of high quality.

Having a project manager assigned was a great deal here. The link between our requirements and the developers has made it an easy collaboration and everything works smoothly.

Also, communication with the parents can be done very easily,the workload of the school is reduced and all the work is done in a smoother way. The software has also turned out to be cost effective for the organization and the school can get all the required reports from the software.

The accountability being reduced, school does not need more resources for the administrative activities. Data managed in software is accurate, secured for long run.Uploading New data in the software and updating the data is done very easily. Management can check the data anytime anywhere of all the employees leading to a more effective management.

We mentioned out the points that were must have in the tool with relative comparison of overall performance every year, the management software must support result simulation to analyze performance on the individual level. With the help of this modules performance comparison, student management, we can store important data and records such as student name, class, contact information, registration number, in a central databse. It thus turned out very beneficial for the administrative team, after given relevant time and training to operate the software effectively by the Sapphire team.

They have a very skilled team that has been dedicated to our project. The team is always highly responsive and resolved the bugs reported as soon as possible. The initial part of the software was done successfully , we have added significant new aspects and enhancements to the platform and have a roadmap for ongoing future development with Sapphire.

Communication was great. We were in close, daily contact. The development process overall was a slice of heaven. Everybody was transparent with their needs and requirements and gave the reports on time.
