The portal has become highly useful for schools by offering innovative ways to engage learners, help them study, and provide them with news and updates. Some of the major functionalities included are School Calendar, Circular daily status of academic details, Exam Time Table, Behavior Update , Result Sheet, Gallery , Staff & Student Birthday Alerts ,Events & Activities and for Assignments student can check assignment given for respective subject from the Class Incharge from student portal and student need to complete an assignment within a limited time.

Our primary points of contact throughout the engagement were the Lead Product Manager, Designer and developer.

The team was really quick to learn and understand what we do. They were really willing and committed to having that understanding. The project manager was very responsive, smart, and quick to understand our needs. He’s very good at incorporating our feedback into the next iterations.

They’ve been very patient, have answered various questions for me. We were in constant communication with one another. We had weekly project discussions, too. Anytime we reach out to them, they were extremely quick to respond. Sapphire is excellent with communication and meeting deadlines. it didn’t matter to me how they managed the project, as long as they got the work done.

The team has done an impressive job at bringing their creativity into the project. They heard us and incorporate our feedback. I’ve been really impressed with how professional they are in terms of following through on deadlines and every email.

We have a stable and working platform. In terms of scalability, and we’ve hit that; our platform can hold tens of thousands of users. Through this developer-side platform, we see all processes and progress we’ve made, which is nice.

For example- the daily fee collection for the accounts department, daily attendance and birthday reminders for the class teachers.

The team stood out as a dynamic and flexible one with capability to bring ideas to the table to help improve the ultimate output.

When you have teachers, librarians, non-teaching staff, and all the other individuals who make up our school’s human resource, have payroll and Employee payroll processing is a time-consuming task. With the software has enable automatic updating, decrease paperwork, and make it easier to provide accurate data.Employees may monitor their attendance, request time off, enroll in classes, access documents, and more from any location. It allows employees complete control over their administrative responsibilities, thus helping to boost employee morale and satisfaction.

During the initial stages, we worked with a Business Analyst, Designer. After we started the Development Phase we work closely with a Project manager, Front-End and Back-End developers, and QA.

They have a very skilled team that has been dedicated to our project. The team is always highly responsive and resolved the bugs reported as soon as possible. The initial part of the software was done successfully , we have added significant new aspects and enhancements to the platform and have a roadmap for ongoing future development with Sapphire.

Communication was great. We were in close, daily contact. The development process overall was a slice of heaven. Everybody was transparent with their needs and requirements and gave the reports on time.

The software was installed around December'17, and we have received constant support since then.

The project was divided into three phases, the first phase included the designing and layout of the screens of the application alongside admin panel development, after approval of which they started with the actual development of the app, and the third phase was the final testing and some bug fixing. They stay on top of things and we know exactly what the status of each task is every week. If any issues were addressed, they were ready to jump to a call as and when needed.

We were really impressed by the knowledge of the technical team and their focus on the quality of delivery.
