In the past, we used pen and paper, and maintaining those records was difficult. Now, everything is streamlined very well and is working according to our needs. In fact, we now organize efficiently our patients, medications, and data.

I generally like my experience. I would say the creative team could improve as far as creative UI/UX could totally be more out of the box, but over all, if you tell them to fix something to your taste, they will. You just have to know what you want. They don't push you to settle for less, which is my favorite thing about the team.
