We were provided a milestone scope for our project, where the data gathering phase then design for the product, then we went into development phase, each phase we had team meetings to discuss the deliverables and on agreeing on each phase we give them our acceptance to move to the next phase.

Sapphire Software Solutions provided in-time deliverables. The app was developed with flatter and PHP for the back-end.

The project is still on going,but the results so far are excellent, Sapphire Software Solutions deliver the expected deliverables in the given time, and they are ready for any change request.

Their response time is prompt, so I do not find any trouble reaching for the development team for any business requirement and they understand my request and turn it into output.

On agreeing on having business we had a kick-off meeting where I met the whole team with sales account manager introducing each member of the team and his/her role on the project, with an escalation order,( I did not need it) then I was introduced to two groups where the technical group and the financial group to get a better scope for each part.

The meetings were professional through Google meets and Skype where meetings were scheduled or on call, whenever a meetings needed to be recorded I was asked and I was sent a copy so everything is documented and justifiable for a better communication.

The timeline was understood since accepting the project and Sapphire Software Solutions did not need to use additional time for delivering.

The most impressive part is the understanding for the business requirements and delivering on time without any excuses as I used to suffer previously with other suppliers. The team's spirit is nice, and I've found the team cooperative at each step of the project.

So far, nothing needs to be changed, and hopefully it will always stay that way.

We were impressed with the quality of the deliverables. The designs were excellent, captured our goals in unique ways, and kept accessibility at their forefront, including for mobile devices. The code quality is high, well-organized, and was easy to follow and understand.

We had weekly meetings on Zoom with the technical team. We communicated mainly via emails. The team has always done a great job on estimating timelines.
