The scope of work for the Zetteli app was the app design, development and upload into the App Stores. In detail the app has a home screen, a chat room and a settings page. In the home screen the app allows users to create their own wishlists, to fill those with products from any online shop and to share those with family and friends. Also from the home screen users have access to their friend's wishlists which had been shared with them. 

From the product lists the app allows users to either start a chat with other participants of this wishlist about a particular product, to go directly to the online shop to buy the product or to mark it as bought so that other users see that it has already been purchased. In the settings there are notifications, switch of language, FAQ's, a feedback option and access to some legal documents.

a finished design, a prototype for testing and the final and successful upload of the Zetteli app in the App Stores

The Sapphire team which was assigned to my project was highly responsive and delivered everything on time. We have been in constant exchange via Skype chat and sometimes, if more clarification was needed, they offered a virtual meeting. I always received answers to my questions either right away or latest within a few hours. 

In addition, the Sapphire team accepted my perfectionist working style, meaning that they also worked on my documents and were really open to adapt to my needs and spin as many rounds with me as necessary to make me happy. Furthermore, I am really impressed that they were able to include all difficult functions my app is supposed to provide to the end-users and that they found a solution for each technical problem which occurred along the way.

Very impressive is that they were able to solve all difficult technical problems within a short period of time.

It is very hard to find an area for improvement. Although, before the whole app design and development process had started I wish I had a bit more deeper discussion about the whole scope of work and about what would be considered as a change request. 

Because, in my case, being from Europe and communicating via English, simply due to language differences, sometimes it is a bit hard to understand each detail. But this is nothing dramatic or something which could not be solved along the development process.
