Project management is good. We communicate via email, phone calls, text messages, and Google Meet for conference calls. I act as the manager to oversee the project through Jira.

Sometimes unwanted scenarios delay the timeline, such as someone getting sick and so on. It’s not a big deal, but they need to know how to handle those things because they don’t complete the work on time. They need to maintain their consistency in that sense.
