The school does not require additional resources for administrative chores because there is less accountability. Data that is controlled by software is dependable and secure over time. The software makes it very easy to update and upload fresh data. Management can make better judgments since it has access to employee data at all times and from anywhere.

The project is still on going,but the results so far are excellent, Sapphire Software Solutions deliver the expected deliverables in the given time, and they are ready for any change request.

Their response time is prompt, so I do not find any trouble reaching for the development team for any business requirement and they understand my request and turn it into output.

On agreeing on having business we had a kick-off meeting where I met the whole team with sales account manager introducing each member of the team and his/her role on the project, with an escalation order,( I did not need it) then I was introduced to two groups where the technical group and the financial group to get a better scope for each part.

The meetings were professional through Google meets and Skype where meetings were scheduled or on call, whenever a meetings needed to be recorded I was asked and I was sent a copy so everything is documented and justifiable for a better communication.

The timeline was understood since accepting the project and Sapphire Software Solutions did not need to use additional time for delivering.

The most impressive part is the understanding for the business requirements and delivering on time without any excuses as I used to suffer previously with other suppliers. The team's spirit is nice, and I've found the team cooperative at each step of the project.
