Overall, the communication is what really impressed us. We were able to work with them whenever we needed, and they answered all of our calls, emails, and texts pretty much right away. That was extremely helpful to us.

On approval of this, they developed and implemented the platform for module-based access given with the credentials allocated. On the Dashboard, we can get complete access to the employee appointments for the periodic exam, stock management with alert of medicine expiration date, keep a complete check on Asset checks with the due date, injury alerts in case of any sickness, injury reported, and provision of alerting the recipient for the appointment.

My main goal was to produce robust software that didn’t have a lot of bugs and worked well in many different situations. I can safely and with conviction say if I need to make another software, my first and only choice would be to Sapphire. They find solutions, fix issues, and strive to make improvements, and they’re always dependable. They never refuse a request or are easily and always accessible, and provide round the clock support. That’s amazing.
