We have been very pleased with the work delivered to date. Their work was on time, on budget, and on brief. They have the right blend of agility and knowledge to handle large projects quickly and without the heavy overhead.

We worked with the team lead who assigned tasks, led calls, and provided us with weekly updates. We had daily phone calls to track the development’s progress. There was almost constant communication.

We met once every week to discuss the features of the software being coded in the following week to make sure my vision for the software matches the efforts they are putting into its development.

We received an update every week from the project manager that provides details around the tasks. They asked to us directly if there are open items that they need a response from us. They stay on top of things and we know exactly what the status of each task is every week. If any issues were addressed, they were ready to jump to a call as and when needed.

We were really impressed by the knowledge of the technical team and their focus on the quality of delivery.

We were looking for someone expertise with building educational technically, and we found Sapphire to have made several apps for other educational institutions, so after having meeting and general discussion, understanding of the thought process, we found them to be the best fit for us.

The application for our institution, is a user-friendly application to be used by students, teachers as well as the management, to manage online classes (Zoom integrations) with just a click, hence while starting the classes teacher doesn't need to share the code every time, and just need to click start lecture for teacher and record the student’s attendance accordingly and join lecture for the students, one to one chat in case of doubts that a student can clear with the respective teacher.

There were 2 developer who worked on the integration modules needed by us for the school management software, mobile developers who worked efficiently on our application, and QC to ensure the quality requirements that we were expecting to be delivered.

Using the product and services we all are happy with the work done by Sapphire. It is very useful and has made our workload easy, students including parents and all our staff members are happy and giving appreciation to us for bring this in.

Our team is impressed with the work they’ve completed so far. Their efficiency and enthusiasm are commendable. They brought that enthusiasm and passion that was essential to the project.

One of the things they have been great about is getting back to me so quickly. The project manager has been very understanding, always had everything under control and I never had to remind him twice about anything. I haven’t had to track them down. It was good having a dedicated point of contact the entire time who I was able to get a hold of.

Overall, the communication is what really impressed us. We were able to work with them whenever we needed, and they answered all of our calls, emails, and texts pretty much right away. That was extremely helpful to us.

It’s an ongoing process to keep on top of something while doing an excellent job. Everyone can do a little better, that also goes for myself.

With the software developed the management would be able to monitor the whole school system namely Student admissions, Presence, Exam, Fee collections, Certificate, Time table, Income Tax, Library, Employee and Payroll

The software successfully instantly updates the parents of the students with a predefined and custom message and template facility, supports one to one communication and all types of attachment be it img, docz, or a pdf, shift of the employees can now be easily managed with the shift management module, sending alerts and notifications, using e-exam auto generates the question paper and also set the set difficulty level, supports anytime and anywhere payment with payment gateway and secured payment and the most recent module added module of virtual classroom to keep up with the recent times.

Their team was made up of a sales manager, a project manager, and technical architects, two designers and they also have some testers. There were three full-time developers on the project.

The project has saved us a lot of time. It’s shortened our workflow from 20 steps down to about five, which has made our operations significantly faster. One of the most common feedback we get from our staff is how wonderfully Sapphire has designed the platform is. It’s really easy to use.
