As a result of the project, we have saved a significant amount of time. It has significantly sped up our operations by reducing our workflow from 20 to about five phases. The platform's design is one of the most frequently mentioned comments we receive from our staff. It's quite easy to use.

Talking about the development process. we haven’t drifted too far from the calendar, either, which is phenomenal.

I can see that the HR department has become much more efficient as a result of this project, and the OHC department, which used to maintain data on paper, has begun to manage data more efficiently as well. Overall, this project benefited us and made us become more digital, efficient, and audit-ready.

As I told above, we followed the proper SDLC method to develop the software. Our IT team worked with Sapphire team throughout the development. Each time we held meeting online for requirement gathering and changes. After development there was one physical visit from Sapphire as well. One Technical Support engineer visited our firm for training purposes.

I personally consider the Sapphire team to be a highly enthusiastic group that is always willing to help us and generate additional reports or project flows within a reasonable time-frame. Both the Support and Development teams are quite efficient.

The outcome of this project was, that everything became very easy to manage in the software such as doctors started managing the health data of employees very smoothly. HR department’s job became easy to manage the employee's personal data. Overall data management became very easy for us.

Our team also has an IT department that was constantly involved with the Sapphire technical team. Sapphire support team was involved with our doctors for the workflow in the company. Whenever our staff needed any support, it was provided by the sapphire team. The most impressive about Sapphire was they were very energetic and knowledgeable. They took any requirement as a new thing to learn and perfectly developed it on a given timeline. Their software support is available all the time, even on week offs.

There are constantly providing fresh upgrades in the software, we are satisfied for the time being. Based on the new compliances, the team should release new upgrades of the software.
