The project manager was our main point of contact. Apart from him there were 2 back-end and 2 front-end developers. Depending on the priorities, we were able to reduce or expand the team.

The student dashboard includes a complete 360° view of the students and the employees, MIS of the fee collection summary, results summary, assigning task to the employees through the software and consolidate dashboard that contains Admission Inquiry and form, attendance, results evaluation and task summary.

We have achieved 100% of functionality and feature that was initially requested. Sapphire's team was very flexible and proactive with our requests and understood the requirements. The feedback from users is very positive and the Marketing team is very excited to use the tool.

Specific reports can be generated with powerful reporting.

Also With instant reports, the inquiry data can be easily analyzed to find trends, thereby helping the admissions team to improve the number of inquiries and admissions for the upcoming years.

Project management was excellent, and their manager is an excellent professional. Everything was coordinated very well. No time is wasted and the requirements are clear. We discuss the plan on a weekly basis to check our progress against timelines. Communication has to be the best part.

The professionalism they maintain is very impressive. The whole group is very impressive, and the programmers are particularly professional.

While the quality of work is high, some task estimations could have been more accurate. But taking into account the complexity of our projects, it’s perfectly understandable. Anyway, Project Managers and the team are aware of this and are improving the process.

With our aim to Streamline health management from different locations, firstly Sapphire helped us to brainstorm ideas. Their team helped us select features based on their know-how into what would require a greater or lesser amount of effort. After that, they helped us through the design phase where they came up with mockups that featured the platform's look and features.

On approval of this, they developed and implemented the platform for module-based access given with the credentials allocated. On the Dashboard, we can get complete access to the employee appointments for the periodic exam, stock management with alert of medicine expiration date, keep a complete check on Asset checks with the due date, injury alerts in case of any sickness, injury reported, and provision of alerting the recipient for the appointment.

We worked with 4-5 people in total. There was a project manager and a programmer who were my main points of contact. At the start, I was in contact with the business manager. My main goal was to produce robust software that didn’t have a lot of bugs and worked well in many different situations. I can safely and with conviction say if I need to make another software, my first and only choice would be to Sapphire. They find solutions, fix issues, and strive to make improvements, and they’re always dependable. They never refuse a request or are easily and always accessible, and provide round the clock support. That’s amazing.

At the start, I was in contact with the business manager. We had numerous phone calls with them so we were on the same page. After which we had the project manager as our day-to-day contact. He works with the developer and makes sure that our modules are running smoothly. They delivered what they promised us.
