For what projects/services did your company hire SalesSource, and what were your goals?
We needed SalesSource to help us with our digital marketing strategy and marketing automation projects. More specifically, we needed them to conduct a digital marketing analysis that would help us assess where we stand and how to move on from there, creating a digital marketing strategy. Overall, our main objective was to improve our online sales and set the foundations and clear structure for all of our future digital marketing campaigns.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were already familiar with some of SalesSource's team members, so we knew what we could expect from them from the get-go. All we needed to do at this point was to schedule calls where we could introduce them to our team and craft a mini-strategy to start the project more confidently.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Our work process contained a few strategy sessions where we assessed campaign objectives and what steps we should take. We laid out a detailed plan for each step there is to be made and set the time frame for it. We analyzed different target groups (both B2B and B2C) to assess what we need to do and offer to our customers for maximum results. To plan and execute the campaign in the best possible way we used a Miro board.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with four people from their team: the Managing director, Strategy manager, Content Writer, and Digital marketing campaign manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We cannot share the detailed outcome of the campaign as we're currently gathering data from all departments. However, we already felt the impact of the strategy SalesSource provided, and all we can say is: brilliant.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We can say that working with SalesSource's team was very easy. Everything, from communication to execution was smooth, and we felt very confident that we choose the right vendor for this job. We particularly liked the regular feedback rounds we had with them, which allowed us to have a clear overview of the progress. Also, we appreciated the fact they took the time to meet us in person, which made us even more sure of their desire and motivation to get the job done right.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We are really in awe of the depth of their knowledge, the ability to ask difficult questions, take time to achieve better results, and focus on quality rather than quantity and short-term success.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We cannot make any remarks on how they should improve, as we were really happy with the way the project ran from beginning to end.
