I tried the talk to Sandeep the owner about lack of services and what happened to the money I paid. I also requested a refund since no work was done 3 months.
He then ignored me, stop responding to my messages and phone calls. Anyone thinking about hiring ROI MINDS (owner Sandeep); please save your money and continue looking for another marketing team that does legit business and have integrity.

We missed scheduling one or two weekly strategy meetings.  However, the amount of work being done and the constant online communication more than compensated for missing that face-to-face meeting.
