How did your relationship with the vendor evolve? 

ROASBEAST didn’t do good work. First, they baited and switched us with a super cheap monthly budget of around $800. A few months later, they wanted to raise the budget to $3,000 — that was their first dishonesty. 

Ultimately, they were incompetent at their job. Since we switched to a new agency, our results have already increased by about 50% on Facebook in only a month, showing that ROASBEAST wasn’t good at what they did. 

How was project management handled?

They weren’t very organized, and they didn’t always meet deadlines.

They need to educate themselves about how ads work. Additionally, they need to be upfront and honest. 

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

I recommend choosing a different agency.

The team at ROASBEAST is constantly striving to increase our leads. We have had some internal challenges with lead tracking but ROASBEAST has worked with us through feedback of the leads to ensure that we are maximizing our visibility and effectiveness through language, keyword selection and in Meta, images. Our cost per lead has decreased overall.

The team is always very helpful and quick to respond. Whether its an issue that needs to be resolved or just a question. They are always available to help and if it isn't directly in their expertise they help get the answers from other members of their team that can help even if it's beyond the scope of their typical work.
