I've been working with RevenueZen for the past 18 months, meeting weekly to generate Linkedin content, create overall Linkedin/outreach strategy, and plan/execute Linkedin outreach. I come to these meetings with a general idea of topics to discuss, and Jake at RevenueZen transforms these ideas into interesting and engaging posts, also providing insight on how maximize engagement. I've also worked with RevenuZen to run successful Linkedin campaigns using their Zenlink software, reaching out to prospects with my content as the main hook.

I work primarily with Jake Moffett, who has been incredible to work with. Jake is smart, creative, and funny, and comes into each meeting with ideas and energy. I've interacted with other folks on the RevenueZen, including Alex and Rocky, and I've always been impressed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I've received many leads and 3 clients from my work RevenueZen. Just 1 of those clients makes up for my investment. A huge relief for us is that we're able to create amazing content with minimal effort with them. All founders want to build their presence but frankly don't have the time to do so... RevenueZen solved that problem. My business has grown 5x since first engaging with RevenueZen, and I a large part of that is from my individual content presence and not having to worry about focusing on creating that content myself.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very easy and consistent. A monthly meeting and then follow-up over a shared Slack channel. No email makes things easy!
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I really believe RevenueZen is the top matter expert on Linkedin and B2B content. Despite having so many clients, I always felt like they have given my business incredible attention and focus, really taking the time to learn about who our prospects/customers are and what will attract them to engage.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
More services! I am so satisfied with RevenueZen, if they start offering other similar sales/marketing services I'll always take a look!

We wanted to have part of our site dedicated to content that was relevant to our target audience and their most common pain points. ReenueZen helped us learn what problems our audience was trying to solve gave us direction on what topics to write content on.

We interviewed a few different vendors. It was easy to decide on RevenueZen. The conversation with their team seemed like they knew some of our problems before we did and had the experience of helping companies of our size.

After a deep dive into our brand and our product offering, we focused on finding 2-3 main problems we wanted to write about and rank for. It was a collaborative project and we were updated on all the progress and our content calendar was filled up.

They assigned an account manager, an SEO specialist, and a content specialist that made sure all of our goals were being hit. I'd say we meet 1 new team member every 1-2 months that may have a different skill set. It's great if you want multiple services worked on with one vendor instead of working on them independently.

Our ranking improved and the resulting traffic helped us focus on what our target audience cared most about.

I am the Chief Revenue Officer at SuccessHACKER / SuccessCOACHING. We are the world's first and only accredited certification in a practice called Customer Success Management. My responsibilities include business development, sales and all things revenue generation for our company.

As we looked to expand our reach and brand awareness, we needed a partner that could help us with a multi-threaded digital approach. Various channels needed were content, SEO, PPC, inbound, outbound and social media.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had worked with other agencies in the past with varying degrees of success and thus were leery to try another. However, Revenue Zen's light touch approach to get started allowed us to build trust in their services and allowed them to get to know us over time. That then led to better content, more aligned with our voice and direction. From there we have expanded our partnership into Social, Outbound and more, gradually over time, building trust along every step of the way.

We began with collaborating on blogs and static online content to help drive SEO and inbound leads. We then expanded into Outbound using LinkedIn Navigator to create connections and build relationships. As we continued to work together and deepen our relationship, the output from Revenue Zen got better and better and is now expanded into a mission critical partnership for us to continue to expand our brand awareness and demand generation.

We've had numerous teammates work with us. Week by ween we work with about 4 consistent resources and bring in specialists as new directives and outbound/inbound strategies are developed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The content generated by Revenue Zen accounts for the majority of our lead generation. Our outbound activity is 100% through Revenue Zen at this point and creates opportunities for us to connect with leaders in our industry and provide them value to begin building positive relationships. Our static content creation (blogs and other artifacts) are created in partnership with Revenue Zen and various other content creation activities (LinkedIn posts, etc.) are 100% driven by them as well. We've seen incredible return on our investment with Revenue Zen and can account about 30% of our overall top line revenue to their efforts across multi-channels.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Incredibly effective. Simple Slack groups and channels allow us to collaborate in real-time with their team. They truly an extension of our business and mission critical to our growth along the top and bottom lines of our business. They are responsive and professional while being relaxing and easy to work with.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We can literally bring them anything and everything we are thinking of...and they make magic out of it. Whether that's a high level strategy that needs structure to implement, or a half baked blog or simply a conversation every couple of weeks...it's truly amazing to see how they can take our thoughts, run with them and bring back stellar work that is written not only in our voice but is inline with our goals.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I have no constructive feedback at this time. Our partnership has been a blessing, and we couldn't have grown as quickly without them. I wish I had something to offer in terms of areas of improvement but truly don't see any breakdowns in people, process or tools therein.
