Communication was clear throughout the process, and they provided regular updates on progress. Whenever I had questions or adjustments, they responded quickly and were flexible in addressing my needs.

What I found most impressive about this company was their exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

While my experience with Remote CoWorker was positive overall, one area for improvement could be in their onboarding process. Although they provided excellent service once the project started, a more detailed initial onboarding could have helped streamline the setup phase and made the transition smoother.

Everything is going smoothly. In the beginning, I have to check a lot, and since he has to translate frequently, some tasks take a bit longer. But that’s okay, and we understand that. He is doing his best, and it’s great to see that he is motivated.

Everything went smoothly.

Not immediately. There is always room to learn new things, but we are somewhat limited because he is working remotely. He cannot assist operationally, and sometimes we also need someone for on-site operations, such as distributing tips, counting cash registers, etc. But that’s okay—we’re already happy that he can handle these tasks remotely.

The virtual assistant organizes all incoming leads and prioritizes the them based on the seriousness of the seller. He contacts them via email, text, and or telephone to verify data points to allow me to make a decision if the lead is a great deal. He also prepares documents and follow-up to get us all to the closing table.

The lead is contacted within 5 minutes from initial outreach. Appointments scheduled the same day and the number of deals closed per month should reach 3-4.

It's only been one month, but metrics are being met and we hope to get deals closed within the next 30 days. The VA always goes above and beyond the call of duty and always wants to put in extra time to make sure the mission is complete.

The quality of remote workers that I interviewed were all awesome and highly experienced unlike most other companies. The communication has been great with the supervisor, and this service has definitely exceeded my expectations.

No, I am highly satisfied and only wish I would have found this service sooner because I could have already met my 2024 closing goals.

We were very pleased with our assistant, Gabriel and his supervisor, Keizy. The interview and hiring process as well as getting Gabe onboarded and working efficiently was fast and easy. The quality of work and the communication were superior, and the skillset was exactly what we needed. He was flexible with regards to switching tasks for us, as well as reliable as a rock. A natural disaster struck during our contract and Gabe did not let it stop him from finding a way to contact Keizy, who remained in constant contact with us, and he tried to work using his mobile data. Incredibly loyal and fast. Fast did not mean low quality work. Gabe took some complex issues we needed help with, and rapidly converted them to readable, organized data. My only regrets about hiring this service is 1) I didn't do it sooner, and 2) We had to end the project due to budget constraints caused by other factors. We wish we could have kept what we called our "dream team" together. We will definitely be back as soon as the need and finances become available. Thank you Gabe and Keizy for all of your help. It did, and will make a huge difference for us. Gabe did everything from audio transcription, organizing files, putting photos and text into sheets for us so they are organized and accessible, he helped us with any project we asked him to. He was always eager to start new projects, and he was great about letting me/us know when he was done and ready for more work (usually far ahead of what we anticipated).

We asked Gabe to help with many projects in a short amount of time. We needed transcription, data entry, files organized, lists made from word documents, and more. No task ever overwhelmed or seemed difficult for him, and he finished each project earlier than anticipated. We have been extremely pleased.

Every ask was delivered ahead of schedule and the work was high quality. The team was very reliable and responsive. Always dependable and respectful. We felt confident letting them handle our confidential records, and would hire them again immediately if we could.
