Redstone has helped us on virtually all digital marketing.  They have created and run social media accounts, produed a Shopify website, handled SEO and produced email campaigns.  They have truly become a marketing arm of our company.

Redstone has been incredibly responsive to our needs.  We have found that digital markeitng requires a dedication to long term goals but also a need to constantly adjust.  We meet weekly and examine which adjustments are necessary and they implement those on an ongoing basis.

I'm most impressed by their collaborative attitude. They have taught me a lot about digital marketing, but equally importantly, they listen to our needs and suggestions and tailor the work to our particular business needs.

Anything that can be improved gets addressed and improved.  Agian, that's been a particular strength.

Red Stone Studio met with us virtually to discuss goals, introduce key team members and their roles, establish a general outline of the process and timeline. They scheduled regular meetings to discuss progress, get our input, and pivot as needed. Based on our input, they identified our company's values and strengths and designed our logo and re-brand around that.  The provided The Tail's End Style Guide, logo in various formats (vertical, horizontal, icon) and for multiple uses. Rupert also took those elements and designed a unique truck wrap for The Tail's End.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received meeting recordings and notes following each meeting to keep us all aligned. Each meeting outlined next key steps for each person and when we would meet again. At the end of the project, we were provided a Google Drive folder with tailor made logo files in AI, EPS, JPG, PDF, and SVG formats. We were provided a tailor made Style Guide. We were also provided a unique design on the template for our truck.

They delivered items professionally and on time. They were quick to respond to communication and requests for revision. They were ready to pivot at any moment to address our concerns, questions, and other input.

The company culture is one of mutual respect. All team members worked cohesively and respected us and one another. They clearly honored what we brought to the table and each team member's unique role in their company. Rupert went above and beyond in the truck wrap design. The wrap company highly complimented his design on multiple occassions and said that it was one of the best designs that he had seen.

Create a new look for the website. Connect all the courses and offers correctly. Set up user communities. Most importantly, fix all the SEO errors and oversights from multiple previous web designers - over 1500 broken back links caused by sloppy work - so that my website is visible to google and attracts organic traffic.

Key metrics from this project include a 20% increase in organic search traffic, a 15% improvement in conversion rates, and a 12% reduction in bounce rates. Optimized SEO and repaired backlinks improved rankings, while automated engagement sequences boosted customer retention by 10%. ​

Every single element was done on time and budget. Emails answered within 24hrs - given we're not in the same time zone this is more than adequate. Any small issues with the site were dealt with quickly and fixed almost instantly.

I've had online businesses since 2001. It's hard to actually find web developers who can do their job well beyond making things look pretty. A pretty website is one thing, but it doesn't lead to sales. It's abundantly clear when you talk to individual team members about various things how immensely experienced they are - far more so than any other teanm I've used previously.

It would be hard to fault them for any of the work they've done on this project.

I hired Red Stone Studio to revamp and upgrade my website, which they did a fantastic job on (and at a cheaper price than the first person I worked with). Because of their high-quality work, I have continually turned to them to produce online and media content (new web pages, flyers, book cover). I now have them on a retainer because I see them as a trusted partner for helping me be successful in my business.

I wanted a more reputable web presence that would help me be seen as a high-quality expert to help organizations develop their leaders. I believe that my website supports my brand as a high-quality and cutting-edge leadership developer.

To get a finalized product (website), we went through a series of steps that included:

• Clarifying exactly what I do
• Identifying target customers and doing a deep dive on what they are looking for
• Coming up with a strategy for appealing to target customers
• Designing website that appeals to target customers and addresses the basic questions they might have
• Working with me to ensure branding and content have my personality and voice.

The team was largely Rupert, but he worked with a variety of other folks as needed to pull in basic assistance or to tap into other knowledgeable experts.

Red Stone Studio began by designing a logo which exceeded all expectations. Red Stone then helped design merchandise using the logo. From there we moved into website design and rollout, along with email campaigns.

I can't come up with anything. When I started this project I had a general idea of what I wanted to accomplish. Red Stone, with their experience and expertise asked questions and guided me down the path taking me to a level I wasn't even aware existed.
