Our overall goal was to further our thought leadership and credibility in our industry and to sharpen our messaging. Red Banyan executed this goal very well.

As you would expect from a PR firm, they are outstanding communicators. Team members are clear in their emails and easy to work with.

Everything was seamless and we were never left to wonder if things were going well. Communication between our team and theirs was impeccable. They had an excellent reputation and they lived up to it. We always felt like we were in good hands.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not have any recommendations. We were incredibly pleased with Red Banyan and endorse the agency wholeheartedly.

We reviewed s five different PR agencies in the US - we were referred by a trusteed friend and they checked all of our boxes.

We tracked new business, as a result of the efforts, and got 87% increase in the year we contracted Red Banyan - we also had several prospects interested in acquiring the company and finally sold in 2019.

There were weekly correspondence and monthly meetings to keep us in the loop. The style was very helpful in guiding us thru the process.

All of the press releases that Red Banyan helps us to release for clients have been very successful. This includes being picked up by an average of about 90 local publications.

Red Banyan communicates on a proactive basis, in addition to our biweekly calls, I receive frequent emails from the CEO regarding action items in preparation for our meetings.

Red Banyan's team is dedicated to getting great results for their clients. They show an exceptional amount of professionalism in caring for sensitive crisis situations.

Client needed a for a go-to-market strategy - I turned to Red Banyan as a resource.  Client was looking to communicate new lines of services and products.  In addition, the goal was to enhance public visibility in press and on social media. Deliverables included: strategic plans, messaging, media training, content creation, and media relations.

Delivered all materials on a timely basis.  Very thoughtful and complete.  Ultimate outcome was increase in Media and social impressions + overall engagement that exceeded our goals and expectations.
