We prepared an RFP and they were the best solution and price for the problem that we faced

We had our data spread across multiple platforms and saas applications this was not compliant and we had no control over what employees and contractors could do with the data. RCS came up with a secure environment in Azure using Sharepoint to satisfy the compliance need and get all our data in one location as well as allowed us remote access from anywhere anytime over multiple devices securely. THey also training the users on how to use and access the system.

Many from Level 3 techs to level 1 tech to include assistance from the owner. They also did weekly check-in calls during the entire process.

We now have MFA turned on and have moved to Microsoft 365 and have a compliant locked-down system that has allowed us to offer our services to much more industrys, all while making it simple and easy to use.

Your IT team has been integral in setting up our workstations, network, and servers. They also help to maintain the overall functionality of all of our devices and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

We tend to simply submit tickets when issues occur and whichever technician finishes up first reaches out to help us with it. However, more often than not. We get assigned to Harris, one of the best IT professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely polite and knowledgeable, and I have yet to run into a situation where Harris was not able to find a solution for us. I cannot say enough good things about Harris. I look forward to my interactions with him and sincerely believe he is a valuable asset to your company.

Every ticket we submit is handled in a timely manner and we have yet to find an issue that RCS was unable to solve.

Workflow between our company and RCS is well established and runs smoothly. We submit tickets, they respond in a timely manner, and then we work together towards a solution.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I find it quite impressive how many issues they are able to handle completely remote. Even with many hardware issues they can simply walk you through them over the phone which expedites the process since you aren't waiting for a technician to show up.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The automated information provided when a case is completed can be a bit confusing and lacking at times. Otherwise, I cannot think of any other significant areas for improvement.
