We hired Razor Sharp to help us build a review generation tool that we could use with our branding on it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Razor Sharp has a great reputation in Calgary, and of the software developers we interviewed they had one of the most competitive quotes.

I can't speak to the steps involved, but the scope fo the project was to generate a Reputation Management Tool 1. Posts to multiple platforms 2. Capable of email and SMS sending 3. Has the ability to discourage negative reviews

We mostly dealt with Mike who is the owner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app works, though we haven't had a lot of time to measure the outcomes of it's functionality quite yet.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

MIke used a messaging app (Slack) that we are familiar with to engage throughout the day, ensuring that anytime they needed input into development that I could quickly and easily provide them that input. When needed other members of his staff would also reach out to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to deliver a polished end product quickly. For something that was built from the ground up, the final product was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Tone could be a bit abrupt at times, but that's probably due to the fast pace in which the project was completed. No complaints.

I discussed with Mike (President, Razor Sharp Consulting) what I wanted. After he gave a quote, their team started producing a social media mobile application. The app is for iOS and Android and includes a notification system with real-time communication.

Our engagement began in July 2018.

The app is now live and works properly. Their team fixes bugs within a reasonable time.

Our communication has been through email. Their response-time is reliable.

To not have to create manual invoicing going out

Used our scheduling system api to create an almost autonomous platform

Created a browser based realtime fetching system from the scheduling system to both create outgoing invoices based on all our appointments separated by client name and also an incoming invoicing platform for our counsellors to bill us

It has saved us at least 20 hours per week in invoicing time.

Mike was very effective and made changes as requested

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Just that they could so what was requested as we approached a few companies for about a year and no one was able to do it.
