I’m the owner of a luxury automotive detailing shop. We offer services like waxes and exterior cleaning, among others.

What challenge were you trying to address with Raging Websites?

Our business was brand new, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, we needed to find customers digitally. Raging Websites stepped up to the plate to put our online presence together.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Raging Websites provides us with web development, marketing, and SEO services. Initially, I gave them the descriptions of my business and products, and they took over and rewrote them to improve them. The team developed our logo and created our website’s layout and design. 

From there, Raging Websites developed our Shopify site. Our customers can schedule or reschedule appointments, pay online, and learn about our services on the site. The team also created a feature that sends our customers a request to rate our services 24 hours after their appointment. 

They’ve taken over 100% of our marketing efforts. For their efforts, they use Google Ads, and on the backend, they’ve used apps that work with Shopify. They also help us with SEO, for which they’ve done the keyword research. The team also develops content for us, including video production and images.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re a new business, and we went from having zero people on our website to 5,000–6,000 visits a month. In one particular month, we had 20,000 visits thanks to Raging Websites’ work. Our site also gets five-star reviews from customers on Google all the time. 

Additionally, with the layout Raging Websites designed, we communicate more with our customers without speaking to them. Customers schedule their appointments, pay, and get educated on our services online without needing much engagement from us. As a result, our customers are more in control — it’s pretty cool. 

How did Raging Websites perform from a project management standpoint?

Alex is a leader and has kept me organized — he’s very thorough. He takes notes on everything and always follows up. We’ve used Slack, Google Meet, and Zoom to communicate with the Raging Websites team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Raging Websites understands how to engage with customers in the digital space; they’re really good at SEO. Additionally, Alex is someone who always wants to learn to have an edge, so Raging Websites is constantly offering new technology to overcome problems. Overall, they’re good workers, and they’re smart — they’ve exceeded my expectations.

I hired Raging Agency to boost our local presence and attract more customers. They took charge of our entire digital advertising effort, starting with thorough research on our competitors. The agency then crafted and launched a comprehensive META ad campaign, targeting potential customers on Facebook and Instagram. They handled everything from strategy to implementation, continuously optimizing our ads for better performance. 

One of the best parts was their initiative in connecting us with a local videographer, which resulted in stunning visuals for our campaign. This full-service approach allowed me to focus on running my ice cream parlor while they worked on increasing our foot traffic and brand awareness in the Boca Raton area.

I saw tangible results from Raging Agency's work, even without prior data for comparison. They set up comprehensive tracking for our new ad account, measuring key metrics like reach, impressions, click-through rates, frequency, and link clicks. 

Most importantly, they tracked actions that directly impacted our bottom line, including online ordering conversions and event inquiries. These metrics showed how their campaign was driving both digital engagement and real-world business opportunities. While we can't quote exact figures, we definitely saw an uptick in business.

The focus on META platforms was effective, but I wonder if expanding to other channels like local search optimization or Google Ads could have further boosted our visibility.
